Scrubs containing coffee are particularly helpful, as it improves lymphatic drainage and caffeine tightens skin. There are also do-it-yourself kits available that claim to reduce cellulite. A word of caution here, use under medical supervision.
  5. Body Serum and body contour creams: These contain a combination of caffeine and antioxidants along with some active ingredients that are proven to mobilize fat deposits. Again, better to get medical opinion before use.
  6. Cellulite blasting technology: There are ways to mobilize cellulite by applying shockwaves to the area of cellulite and dissolve the fat. It is proven to be safe and is FDA approved.

Studies are also underway to test a drug that will dissolve the collagen in the skin, thereby reducing cellulite. This is yet to be proven and once done may become hugely popular as cellulite is a universal problem with women.

lybrate-user firstly you need to understand your situation. Whether you are suffering from pain due to wisdom tooth eruption or your concern is irregular tooth arch. I am 34 years old male, unmarried. I am doing a small Job as SAP consultant in Bangalore, India. I am earning around 20k per month. This is not at all enough to live in bangalore. I have around 10 years of gap in my education and discontinued my B.E and pursued B.Sc in correspondence, did certification in SAP SD. I am feeling depressed always. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fats, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Ovaries measure approximately 3*2 cm and roughly oval in shape. With what you said, size n shape doesn't seem to be a problem, but irregular periods definitely is a concern, though could be self limiting too. Irregular periods occur when the hormones responsible for ovulation and endometrial growth are imbalanced and thus affecting follicular development and periods. If your irregular periods have been for more than six months, advise you to meet a homeopathic physician. You could meet a gynaecologist instead too, but, irregular periods are routinely treated with progesterone pills which control the hormonal cycle causing endometrial growth to take place, with/without ovulation, and then you are supposed to withdraw the pills after 21 days, after which bleeding will appear. Now, this bleeding is known as withdrawal bleeding and by no ways means, you periods have regularised. Once we stop these pills, periods, follicles and hormones will go back to its original faulty state. Give it a thought. Until then, you could regulate your diet. Avoid fast food, processed food, oily rich food. Have lots of veggies, fruits, nuts. Take up some sport or exercise or yoga. Find out what other stress factors are affecting you - studies, work, relationship, finance or others - and try to resolve them.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful.
