Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

It's just a matter of reviewing his case at frequent intervals and achieving an ideal BP ( or to at least bring it to 130/90 and not more than that. ) Keep checking the BP at different times ( morning and night ) and be in touch with the doctor. Let the doctor decide the treatment part. The other health parameters should also be checked along with some investigations. Your father should adapt a very healthy lifestyle ( including a healthy attitude - leading a stress-free life ). He can learn Yoga ( including pranayam and meditation) so that the quality of life improves which will reflect in his BP coming down naturally. You can also include homeopathy as it is very effective and yet gentle on all age groups and brings back a natural harmony in the mind-body complex.

1.In PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome )many small cysts appear in ovary-causing hormonal imbalance and .there is production of excess Testosterone.Omega 3 Fatty acid reducece excess Testosterone and can be used in the treatment 2.They secrete more androgen 3.The symptoms are weight gain,acne, decreased ovulation, irregular period, infertility, depression, extra facial and body hair, hair loss from scalp, insulin resistance causing Diabetes. 4.it is genetically inherited,runs in families 5.it can be diagnosed by pelvic laparoscopy/vaginal ultrasound. 6.Treatment-surgery/anti androgen therapy 7.consult gynecologist for advice and treatment

1. The food we eat, has to be digested and then thrown out of body in 24 hours, else we will fall ill.

2. The water we drink, gets in our body and is thrown out in 4 hours, else we might fall ill.

3. The air we breathe, has to be thrown out in 1 minute, else we will die.

What about negative emotions like hatred, anger, jealousy, insecurity. We hold in our body for days, months and years.

My age is 32 years today I have done my test of Fasting & Post lunch diabetic test results are Fasting 123, post lunch 221 means I have Diabetic or not and what stage it is. My height is 5.3,weight 78 kgs. I am taking Bp tablet Telmisartan 80 mg+chlorthalidone 12. Mg and Nicardia retard 10 mg in the morning BP showing Normal values regularly. Please suggest now am I diabetic or which stage, please suggest me what to do. Thanks and look forward for your valuable suggestion.

Your fasting sugar indicate that you are pre diabetic stage & post lunch sugar indicate that you are suffering from diabetes in initial stage, according to your height & weight your BMI is 29.9 it means you are overweight near obese class 1, I don't know your HBA1C or average 8 to 12 weeks blood sugar. At first you should take balance nutritional diet, avoid sweet & sweetened agent,(direct sugar intake &which made with sugar) do exercise, half an hour walking daily beneficial to you& try to reduction your body weight. After two months you recheck your blood sugar level & hba1c (our target level FBS 70 to 130 mg/dl, PPBS- < 180 mg/dl & HBA1C <7% ). I hope you will be in our target level & continue your diet & exercise, otherwise you should take help a local diabetologist or endocrinologist. Good luck.

Hi, Blood in motions is seen in piles, fissures, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer, etc. For diagnostic purpose, do a colonoscopy and consult a general surgeon for further management. Avoid hot and spicy food. Take some laxatives if you have constipation. Drink plenty of fluids and consume high fiber diet. Get treated at the earliest, otherwise, you will suffer from severe anaemia due to heavy blood loss.

Dear Height can be increased upto 20 yrs ..u can try the tips for 1 month... 1.Try jumping n running early morning. 2.Practice yoga daily..talasana,trikonasana, hastpadasna,charkrasana ,suryanamaskar daily 10 min per asana. 3.Eat proteinious diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg.... 3.Have 1 ltr of milk daily.... 4.Take 1 tab ashwgandha twice daily with milk with meals

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the best!
