I think you have developed gingivitis(bleeding gums) which causes bleeding. Get scaling (cleaning)done which might reduce your bleeding to some extent and this will also help you in reducing bad breath. Do flossing and use mouthwash.

Homoeopathic medicine PHYSOSTIGMA Q ( SBL) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily NATRUM MUR 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tab twice daily Preferably Early morning EYE BALL ROTATION EXERCISE 20 times clockwise nd 20 times Anticlockwise completes one cycle.Repeat cycles at least 5 times in start reaching upto 20 in 3 months.You can do this eye exercise any time during the day but morning time while seeing towards the red light of Sun when it is not completely risen,is the best time,dont see directly towards Sun. Diet for EYESIGHT Lutein and zeaxanthin are both important nutrients for eye health,6 as both of them are found in high concentrations in your macula—the small central part of your retina responsible for detailed central vision. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are primarily found in green leafy vegetables, although zeaxanthin is far scarcer than lutein. Kale and spinach are two of the most lutein-rich foods, but you'll also find it in carrots, squash, and other orange and yellow fruits and vegetables. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids called xanthophylls, which give plants and vegetables their yellow-orange color, and the name "lutein" comes from the Latin word "luteus," which means "yellow." My wife aged 59 years who is suffering from Diabetes and Blood pressure which remains under control due to meditation, is suffering, is having sever insomnia, take one Ativan 1 mg at 11 pm but have sleep only at 3.00 am which is not sound but disturbed sleep. Why ativan is being taken at 11 pm? so naturally she will get sleep around 3 am. Why so late going to bed? as that is your main concern. You have to change the daily routine. She should have dinner around 7 - 7.30 pm and take ativan tab and go to bed around 9 - 9.30 pm for the medicine to be effective. To achive this she has to stop watching tv by 8 pm and read some books or magazines or meditate and maintain general relaxed mood. To do that other family members have to cooperate to maintain the peaceful atmosphere and help her in maintaing the timings. Do not get on to the bed until bed time. As she is practicing meditation, have it in the evening also and learn and practice" bhraamari" yoga practice morning and evening which will help her to fall asleep. For all this the other family members have to cooperate in closing the tv and maintaining silence. Change will not come in a single day, but by persistance she can have good sleep.

Lemon Juice & Turmeric Powder or you can use oatmeal to exfoliate your skin and get rid of that uneven skin tone is to mix it with a couple of drops of lemon juice and a bit of turmeric powder. For a teenager it will be very wrong if you put her on some diet. She is growing and developing so you must see to it that she gets all the nutrition she needs. Let her eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise in the form of any sport she likes. Ie gymnastics or cycling or swimming will really be helpful. Switch off tv and computer while eating. Practice what you preach so be a role model for her and yourself try to follow discipline too. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. And right now we don't want that at all. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

You can keep paracetamol suspension which can be given in the dosage of 10 to 15 mg per kg body weight per dose and for cold you can put saline nasal drops into each nostril frequently.

To increase the penis size there is a technique which is very effectve. During masturbation you should start massaging your penis from back to front gently applying slight pulling pressure. This takes atleast a month to give good results. Do this procedure atleast twice a day.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & nilibhrungadi oil must do oil massage in head for thick hair avoid direct sun & hair take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Hi Since you have been diagnosed with liver issues take a milk thistle and dandelion supplement to help you recover from the liver problem. Consider taking an organic plant based protein rather than the BCAA. They contasin certain growth steroids which lead to long term side effects. if you want to be muscular you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest.
