Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

I have had three common warts on my ring finger for last 4 year. I tried treating them with over the counter products. First I tried the freezing method, it didn't work. I also tried the Salicylic acid for weeks, that didn't work either.  I went to dermatologist and get surgery but it failed. Warts come again that area in large size Please give me best advice that what should I do now.

Hi, You need to identify what happens when you eat onion and garlic. If you get problmes with them every time, stop taking them. Mostly, Onion does not cause allergy to any one. Garlic may cause. Take less water before and after food. Also take less water during food.

Dandruff can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. 9. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

I am suffering from hair dandruff since several months and I feel very disappointed when I see dandruff on my black apparels. I apply plain (sour) curd on my head as a home treatment but I see dandruff again after few hours. Please guide me how to prevent from this completely. Dear Lybrate for user, 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health.
