Usually absorbable sutures are not needed to be removed as it automatically falls. Sometimes there can be delayed fall of the sutures. It would be better to see the doct ...read full answer

If there is no issues like pain and bleeding you can leave the skin tag. If it is causing discomfort then you can get it surgically removed.
