A type of arthritis that occurs when flexible tissue at the ends of bones wears down. The wearing down of the protective tissue at the ends of bones (cartilage) occurs gradually and worsens over time. Joint pain in the hands, neck, lower back, knees or hips is the most common symptom. Homeopathy helps to slow down the process of joint pain & also gives a long term relief in pain without side effects. Dr. raj bonde.

Hai lybrate-user, it's due to the strain to the vertebrae you feel pain on lifting weights. Please try to bend your knees while lifting any weight. Please try to apply heat to back using hot water bag. Prefer to have a hot water bath when you have pain. Once pain get reduced, try to do backward exercise. Like laying on bed upside down, try lifting both legs without bending knee. Like that try lifting head also hands by the side of chest.

Im 30 years old and have lately been experiencing a vibrating sensation in both my knees and also feel a lot of stress on my knees. Whenever I would sit, my knees used to make a cracking sound since childhood. Is my sensation because I have started to go for a morning run, or is it something that I need to worry about.

Your low back pain and knee pain----check whether you have spondylitis or scitica. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good. Coconut oil will be soothing in summer. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

There could be a few different things going on. A skin infection is certainly a possibility. Often these infections start with small cuts that you can't even see (or bites). They can also occur through small infections at the nail fold, which can occur if you have frequent manicures or if you bite your nails. If you notice that the skin is red and warm, then these are signs that you may have this type of infection. If so, you should see your primary care doctor immediately. If the infection is severe, you may need oral antibiotics to bring the infection under control. If the infection is limited just to the nail fold, this is called a paronychia and it can often be managed just with warm soaks and topical antibiotic creams. Your doctor will be able to help your sort this out. Another possibility, if this is not a skin infection, is that you could have a joint inflammation. This would be more like if the redness and swelling is centered around one of the joints in the finger rather than in the overall skin of the finger. Regardless, the first step is to go see your doctor!
