Hello, You are the victim of prolonged undesired posture with low level of B12 & vit'D' Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Don't skip your meal. Go for meditation to reduce your stress in order to nourish your entire body. Your diet be rich in vit 'B12 & vit'D' Tk. Apples, carrots, cheese, milk products, mushrooms, spinach & fish. Joint Pains / Early morning pain It is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician to check with your ESR levels to check whether you have inflammation.

Six Common Causes for Shoulder Pain

The shoulder is one of the most important joints in the body that uses a ball and socket to join the arm to the rest of the body. Any pain can make it difficult to carry out motion in a comfortable manner. The shoulder consists of the long arm bone called the humerus, the collarbone or the clavicle, as well as the shoulder blade called the scapula. A layer of cartilage provides essential padding to the bones in this area and its two main joints. There are a number of issues that can cause shoulder pain

Let us get to know the six most common ones. 

  1. Rotator Cuff Injury: This is the most common cause of shoulder pain and it occurs when the four muscles or the tendons are injured. These muscles and tendons usually control the movement of the arm. This injury can involve strains and tears which may also be caused by constant lifting of heavy objects. 
  2. Rotator Cuff Tendonitis: This condition affects the tendons and muscles that help in moving the arm freely. This usually happens due to inflammation in the tendons. It is commonly experienced by patients who are actively involved in sports and other heavy physical pursuits in their line of work. 
  3. Frozen Shoulder: This is a debilitating condition that restricts the free movement of the arm and is also known as adhesive capsulitis. When the shoulder tissues become too thick, it leads to the growth of scar tissue that hinders proper movement and causes pain. 
  4. Osteoarthritis: Osteoarthritis is a condition that comes as part of aging bones that also become hollow and brittle over the passage of time, which leads to joint and bone pains in various parts of the body. It is a degenerative disease that is caused due to prolonged wear and tear as well as other factors including family history and sports injury.
  5. Bursitis: This condition is known to affect the fluid-filled sacs that lie in between the joints. These are known as bursae. When the bursae suffers from swelling, the effect usually shows up as pain in the joints. 
  6. Tendon Sheath Inflammation: The fibrous tissue that connects the bones and the muscles is called a tendon. The presence of the tendon makes it possible to pursue activities like running, jumping, lifting, gripping and more. It is protected by a sheath known as synovium, which also lubricates the same. Any injury or tear to this sheath can cause shoulder pain.

Acute and persistent pain that does not abate and gets even worse should be treated with immediate medical intervention. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an orthopedist.

1. Get your lumber spine X ray done. 2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 3. Learn spinal exercises. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Don't do forward bending. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

I had an accident about a month ago, and I had an internal injury in my back. I suffered with lots of pain that time. Now that pain is not so much, but if I do exertion that day my back again starts paining. I showed it to orthopedic Doctor, he said this injury will be cure but it will take time. What should I do daily for this back pain?

It must be due to poor healing in the frature sites or in the area where you had internal injury, if the healing doesn't happen completely then there is poor blood circulation and that the reason during exertion of activities the spine becomes rigid. Hot water fermentation will help and also MCR chappals can be used to feel relaxed and comfortable while walking as the boyd weight is distributed evenly. Lumbosacral belt is advised which will definitely improve the abdominal muscle tone and it will also reduce the back pain.

My MRI report says L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc shows diffuse bulge causing indentation on thecal sac which was expected and the doctors told it's not a major cause of worry. But the report showed B/I facet joint arthropathy at L5-S1. I'm 24 years old. Is it a cause of worry?

Do take ift and vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist apply hot water fomentation thrice a day for 10 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

Get esr and ra test done and uric acid. For now take shigru and rumalaya fort tab 1 bd each for 15 days. Massage with rumalaya liniments.
