avoid to take sleeping pills its not a good in ayurveda there is mention panchakarma treatment ..... panchakarma means five procedure for detoxification of body in this five procedure for sleep you should do SHIRODHARA treatment .....you will get good result so consult good ayurvedic doctors

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

My wife is 47 years old. She has following problems: Thyroid (Hypo) High Blood pressure, Sugar type 2 Have knee pain and ankle pain. Gas problem Her gall bladder is eliminated. According to her weight she should have 60 kg.She should reduce weight first.As she is suffering from hypothyroidism problem she needs to take medicine.Along with this do exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squats after taking Lukewarm water with lemon juice on empty stomach in the morning.Eat small amount of food frequently.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,soft drinks.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take plenty of watery 'vegetables,whole fruits.Avoid underground vegetables,banana,pumpkin.Take small amount of unrefined foods.Take extra protein to reduce weight.Use small amount of healthy fat.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use nutritional supplement to control diabetes and to reduce extra weight.Stay stress free and take proper rest.These will help you to reduce fat,control sugar and will control blood pressure,reduce gas problem,chest pain joint pain.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain.

For the past one or two months I am getting pain at my tail bone, it hurts especially when I am sitting on a chair, buses, bikes but if I stand it goes. Secondly my right heel burns like chillies but again it does not when I am walking or standing. It burns worst when I am sleeping and try to get up. But it happens only for a few second or minutes.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user can notophercantopher, you r suffering from what we term as coccidynia. Or inflammation (swelling with pain) of the tail bone named as coccyx. For relief you need to take sitdz bath i. E take luke warm water in a broad based tub & sit on it so that your buttocks dip in it. For 10 _ 15 mins. Avoid sitting on hard surface & support the tail region with cushion. Avoid riding bike. Sit on front seats in bus. For ankle problems take vit b6 or pyridoxin tablets ones daily wear flat slippers with a soft sole take wa. Rnm water ankle bath at sleep time.

This is bcoz of the temp difference your body suffers when you sudenly enters a hot enviorment from cold one or vice versa. Always do turn off ac 5 min before you leave the room so your body will adjust according to hot climate.
