Symptoms are cs x-ray must and heat fermentation twice a day and stretching exercise that home remedy but according your present time tk physiotherapy treatment must for ict tens and ultrasonic therapy for 10 days.

Hello Dr. 3 years back I got my knee twist while I was on a trek after that I am not able to do any activity involving pressure on knee. My x-ray shows that the gap between my knee joints is less that the normal, Kindly suggest me some exercise and medicine as I am experiencing a constant pain in my inner side of the joint.

Height is something which is decided by our genes, so we can hardly do anything about it. But you can do exercises, eat good food (a balanced diet), stay calm and tension free and everything will be alright. Try eating healthy foods, doing moderate exercise and taking proper rest. You may also try various Yogasanas such as Tadasana or Vrikshasana or any asana that stretches your spine. Get your postures correct. Never sit or walk with drooping shoulders. Your spine should always be straight. Try to be careful with the type of exercise you are doing. Do stretching exercises more instead of focusing in building specific areas of body. This way the body becomes relaxed and it acts as a catalyst to your growth mechanism. Do not try to do extreme weight-lifting as this will make your body stiff and work in those areas more than your height growth. Also, get optimum sleep everyday. Take rests and naps between work, eat regular meal along with nutritious fruits and veggies and let your body do the work.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

Keep distance to computer and tk rest do meditation a checkup by eye specialist. For shoulder pain do stretching exercise of neck and shoulder and hot fermentation twice a day in both condition rest must.

Hi Dr. I am having shoulder pain. Which is not regular, but during gym it's not responding well as other ones.
It's because of rotator cuff strain due to heavy exercises which you are taking in gym ming. Avoid doing heavy strenuous activities and heavy exercises and try to take some break in the middle to avoid exertional strain and fatigue during muscle action.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x +Calc flour 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.
