Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. These sensations are actually called as paraesthesias and are an indication of either a nerve compression somewhere, systemic pathology like diabetes etc or some local foot pathology. Can you please tell me whether there is any associated back pain, radiating pain in legs etc? do you feel any weakness in right leg region? you can start with physical therapy- tens modality and medications like pregabalin or gabapentin in small dosage. We will get some investigations done in your case if there is no improvement after 10-14 days. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

I have drunk a 150 ml peg daily. I have lite pain in my right lower back. I passed my urine with high bad smell after drink so much water. With extimae I drunk 3 ltr water in my working hours.

pl. take plenty of water about 3 to 5 liter in day time. avoid more intake alcohol .it can harm your kidney or other organs.

How can I get rid of backache and laziness as I work 11 hours daily sitting in front of computer.
Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Most of the sedentary sitting job people suffer from back ache. Please do start with general exercise routine like yoga or swimming or spine strengthening exercises. You are overworking your spine! Please do some justice for your body!

If your shoulder was really dislocated, then it should be put in arm chest bandage for 6 weeks. The bandage should be changed every week.

Firstly avoid strain heat fermentation with warm water for 20 minutes then apply pain relief ointment tk rest and do calf stretching exercise avoid long standing. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days best option for you.

Hi Initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot fermentation 3)do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4)after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise 5)avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags. Hi. It may be due to some nerve compression. Will be relieved on simple stretching exercises you can start after your 6 wks period is over.

Hello lybrate user, you need to rule out for ra test 1st. 1. Take decoction of fresh ginger and ajwain daily before food twice a day 2. Apply dry ginger powder mix with warm water and apply on knee joint for 15min and wash. 3. Apply dhanwantara taila to. Joints daily once. 4. Take trayodashanga guggulu 2-0-2 after food. Hello for slip disc you need to have xray or MRI must. For sure diagnosis for treatment mediation, panchkarma is needed. We can cure it in 6 months if it's slip disc. On diet avoid spicy, sour, salty, cold food, pickles, fermented foods do consult in private for medication n treatment plan. Thank you.

Respected sir, I am 35 years old, and I have pain problem in back and in knees. And one more thing is that I when I come from outstation then there is big pain in my head and then vomiting and after some time I get relief from my head pain if more then I go to doctor then they give me injection and I get relief, they tell me this is due to food those I have eat out of station. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT can give you some relief . -A physical therapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.
