You Already Know Whats the Solution to your Problem. Joints Gets Stiff in Winters also Muscles Get Weaker So Start Doing Some Exercises. For Better Exercise Programe to Reduce Pain Consult to a good Physiotherapist.

I have a severe lower back pain since last night. The pain is there only when I stand. I have no issues moving while lying down. But as soon as I stand there is a shooting pain in the lower back. I am unable to walk to a doctor. Please suggest some pain killer so that pain subsides and I can go meet a doctor and get mri done.

Back Pain Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

Good posture is key for back pain reduction. Avoid long sitting in a posture give rest to your back between work. Use lumber supports in sitting. Adjust height of your chair so you can not lean too much forward full back support required. Some stretching exercises in between work made changes. Back extension exercises morning and evening 10 times.

Kindly take dashoolarishta, 4 tsf in half a glass of warm water with mahayogaraja guggal tab, 2 tabs, after meals, twice a day (chew the tabs for best results). cut down sugar and salt intake. Stop taking curd, cold water, spicy food, bakery products. Do gentle massage with mahanarayana oil over your legs upto thighs, daily. continue the regime for 45 days. good luck

Hello Doctor Meri mom ka left leg ka operation hua hai aur rod pada hai. 6 months ho gaya hai pr abhi bhi chal nahi pati hai doctor kah rhe hai phir se opretion kar ke koi cement bahrne ke liye kah rhe hai. Mujhe bahut hi tension ho gya hai main kya kro. Please suggest me.

Please meet a physiotherapist. Let it be manipulated a bit. I think it will help you. The x ray will show whether the plaster done was done correctly and whether there is any wound still left which is. Of healing. If there is non union or some infection or it is slowly healing, please contact me for the same.

I am 33 years old. I had leg fracture in 2 months back. Im nail locking surgery I had. My doctor said to my nail scars removing in after 3 months. please say to me why srews removing and how many days I am rest this surgery. How many days am walking without crunches.

Dear Shiva, Namaskar, One set of screws is removed to unlock the nail....when You walk on the unlocked nail,there is pressure at the fracture site to promote union of the fracture...You seem to have a delayed union...After screw removal you should gradually wear off Crutch support.....Take care.

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for spine. Use lumbar spine belt also. Don't sit on floors. Take calcium and methylcobalamin supplement with omega 3 for three months

It can be due to low sugar and electrolytes and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and avoid pickles and papads and eat freshly prepared home made food

Prevention if you are having varicose veins 1. Do regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight, 2. Avoid tight cothing, 3. Avoid prolonged standing/sitting 3. Keep the leg elevated while sleeping, sitting 4. Consult surgeon for further advice treatment 1. Compression stocking if no relief 2. Sclerotherapy, 3. Laser surgery or vein stripping. 4. Consult a good surgeon for treatment.

Dear user. Reduce your weight. Correct your sitting posture. Do not lift heavy objects. Take heat fermentation with diclofenac gel. Do back strengthing excercises to reduce pain.
