Don' t worry. It can happen sometimes. Don' t be confused. Straightaway, consult doctor and find out if there is any difficulty with you or your wife. As you already had a child, the chance of success is very high.

PCOS is due to a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Risk factors include obesity, not enough physical exercise, and a family history of someone with the condition. Diagnosis is based on two of the following three findings: no ovulation, high androgen levels, and ovarian cysts. Cysts may be detectable by ultrasound. Other conditions that produce similar symptoms include , hypothyroidism, and hyperprolactinemia.they need to be ruled out first. Treatment may involve lifestyle changes such as weight loss and exercise. Birth control pills may help with improving the regularity of periods, excess hair, and acne. Efforts to improve fertility include weight loss, clomiphene, or metformin. In vitro fertilization is used by some in whom other measures are not effective. Where PCOS is associated with overweight or obesity, successful weight loss is the most effective method of restoring normal ovulation/menstruation, Not all women with PCOS have difficulty becoming pregnant. For those that do, anovulation or infrequent ovulation is a common cause. Other factors include changed levels of other hormones in body. Like women without PCOS, women with PCOS that are ovulating may be infertile due to other causes, such as tubal blockages due to a history of sexually transmitted diseases. For those women that after weight loss still are anovulatory or for anovulatory lean women, then the ovulation-inducing medications clomiphene citrate and FSH are the principal treatments used to promote ovulation.Previously, the anti-diabetes medication metformin was recommended treatment for anovulation, For women not responsive to clomiphene and diet and lifestyle modification, there are options available including assisted reproductive technology procedures such as controlled ovarian hyperstimulation with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) injections followed by in vitro fertilisation (IVF)

Not to take. Meprate if you are planning for pregnancy. First get your tubes checked for patency, if tubes blocked then get laparoscopic surgery done, otherwise ask doctor to give you different drug to check endometriosis and help to become pregnant.

Periods are not regular. Periods usually varies between 28 to 35 days if periods are coming after more than 35 days then you should go for private consultation from me where I will tell you medicines with no side effects. For your mother, get t3, t4 and tsh levels done. Only after that we can start treatment.

There are many possible causes of heavy menstrual bleeding, including hormonal imbalance in the body, fibroids or noncancerous tumors of the uterus, uterine polyps, miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, use of blood thinners and a side effect of using an intrauterine device (iud) for birth control. How you need to do it: Rub the palms of your hand together as fast as you possibly can. This would generate some heat and energy. After rubbing your hands rapidly together for about 6-10 seconds, place them on the breasts. Rub your breasts inwards (clockwise direction on the right breast and anticlockwise direction on the left breast). - See more at: http://www.searchhomeremedy.com/home-remedies-for-increasing-breast-size/#sthash.3Ndi0zsU.dpuf eat green vegetables, fruits.it will take time. for exercise you need to know the proper way
