1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4.Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5.Do Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6.Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7.Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Takecrocin Advance one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your BP, take ECG, X ray chest and consult physician for advice and treatment.

Do's and Don'ts for High Blood Pressure

Making few dietary changes and losing weight are effective for reducing the blood pressure. 

Do's:

1) Lose weight if you are overweight or obese.

2) Eat a healthy diet, including more of fruits, vegetables, and low fat dairy products, less saturated and total fat.

3) Potassium is an important for the maintenance of high blood pressure e.g coconut water, banana etc.

4) Exercise regularly atleast for 30 mins.

Don'ts:

1) Reduce the salt intake.

2) Avoid canned, prepackaged, or processed foods.

3) Avoid smoking and alcohol.

4) Avoid stress.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. As you are suffering from high blood pressure you must be taking some medicines for your problem. If you are not taking any medicines I would advise you to walk for at least 1 hour daily. Abstain from high cholesterol rich foods like red meat, eggs. Don't over-exert yourself. Your high blood pressure will make you to sweat much than normal persons, so don't forget to drink plenty of water. Try to have at least 8 hours sleep. Last but surely not the least, try to avoid any type of mental stress.

Dear, These are Causes of High BP: * High salt intake * Excess consumption of Alcohol, coffee * Obesity (overweight) * Lack of Exercise (sedentary lifestyle) * Due to lack of sleep. * Due to Anxiety To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

You need to get yourself checked what you are having is called is intermittent arrhythmia which means that intermittently your heart rate increases or the heart Rhythm changes which can be dangerous if it does not get corrected on its own. Or it can be an early sign of impending heart attack but to diagnose it you need to get an ECG done while you are having the rhythm problem or you can get holter monitoring for 24 hours during which if you have this episode it will get registered and documented. Also you need to get a complete lipid profile done as well as a echocardiogram and blood sugar levels to look for risk factors. Consult a nearby cardiologist with the reports.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your father should maintain a healthy lifestyle including a balanced diet, regular exercise, minimal stress, maintain ideal body weight for his age -a balanced diet includes foods from all major food groups, should have more of vegetables & fruits (avoid banana, chikoo, mango as he has diabetes), whole grains like whole wheat bread/chapatti, brown rice, oats, corn, beans, pulses, sprouts, soya products, tofu, low fat milk & milk products, non-veg, seafood, skinless chicken, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, peanuts, seeds such as flaxseeds, sesame, chia -use olive or canola oil for cooking, not more than two to three teaspoon per day -do regular exercise for 30-40 min like walking, jogging, also do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 10-15 min in the morning -to reduce stress sleep well for at least 6-7 hrs a night, nap for not more than 30 min in the daytime, read, listen to music, follow a hobby, socialize, talk to family & friends -follow a strict routine as regards food timing, medicine intake, exercise, sleep, blood sugar check & medication -your problem can be controlled with proper habits as it cannot be cured completely -get your doctor check up done regularly.

You are only 22 years old and it is good to know that heart check ups have been done and there is nothing wrong in reports. It can be anxiety due to exams/ jobs/ never ending household work and lots more. Learn to relax , go for long walks ,eat well ,be disciplined and take your mind away from heart disease. If you can , do visit a heart center near you to see for yourself about real heart disease , May be you can help patients get back to Normal , this will heal them more and help you too !

Dear doctor my blood level (HB) is very less it is only 4 percentage and my BP is only 80/50. Some times I get heavy pain in backbone and head still I don't take medication. Is it danger in future, so please give me value solution for overcome the problem What is the intensity of pain? Fairly severe What best describes your pain while lifting anything? Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking lots of no for a better belly and even better life. Recommended a private consultation.

Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days. Take sarpgandha vati twice a day. Yogendra ras. Akik bhasm works very good in case of hypertension. Avoid salty diet. Oily food. Lower your stress. Do pranayama early morning.

You firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water of rice.

Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.
