Dear you can easily gain weight by following these best things: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Feeling alone in the midst of company is a problem of social development. Do you love your own company? Lonely people, first of all, do not love themselves, which can be difficult to love others normally or to get others to love them back. Large crowds can be intimidating, and that is understandable. Facing them to give a speech or having to deal with an unruly mob can be even more frightful. This problem that you ?forget? how to react means that this fear is causing you quite a bit of disturbance. This usually has to do with your self-esteem or how you feel the others rate you. It is indicative that your own assessment of yourself is poor or is comparatively inadequate. Feeling inadequate is just that: it is a feeling, it is not necessarily true. Do some personality development work with a counselor, or attend these classes to shape your persona and improve your image and esteem. This will go a long way to get out of this quandary you find yourself in. And do not live by the opinion of others too much, unless there is a genuine concern about yourself. This way you may lose your identity. I will not be surprised, if that is an issue too.

Laser Hair Removal - How it Works?

Unwanted hair on the body have always been an embarrassing issue for all women. Be it the upper lip or the chin area, the underarms or the bikini line, upper arms or lower legs, all these areas can have hair and are a cause for concern. While traditional methods like shaving and waxing are still available, they still are not permanent solutions and need to be repeated quite often.

How it works: This is where laser hair reduction came as a magical wand to solve this problem. Unlike the above mentioned methods, the laser technique gets to the root of the problem. Skin has hair follicles and depending on a number of factors, majorly genetic, hair growth happens. The laser light is intended at destroying this hair follicle, when then is not able to produce hair again, thereby, making it a close to permanent solution. There could be some more active follicles which erupt in the same area, and so laser treatment should be done in 3 to 4 sessions. All hair follicles are by then destroyed, making it a permanent solution to unwanted hair.

Types of lasers: Since their approval for use in the 1990s, various types of lasers are now available and the most common ones have been listed below.

  1. Ruby laser: The first laser to be used, the beam is well absorbed by the melanin pigment and is good for removing finer, lighter hair and in moderate patches on dark skin. It can burn darker complexions, so is to be used with caution.
  2. Diode laser: This laser beam has longer wavelength and penetrates better, is therefore useful even in darker skins. Effective for smaller spots, not very effective for light hair.
  3. Nd-YAG laser: Effective on all skin types, including tanned skin, and can cover large spots of growth.

There are two things that laser can do i.e. laser hair removal vs. laser hair reduction. As noted above, the skin has hair follicles which produce hair. When a laser beam is targeted, this hair follicle is destroyed. When the laser is used, the active follicles are all destroyed. However, after a certain period of time, more follicles grow, which were earlier inactive or are formed newly. This causes hair growth again, though much lesser than earlier. When only temporary reduction is required, one or utmost two sessions are sufficient. However, if complete hair removal is intended, then a few sessions spread over a few months is advisable.
Each person expects different results. Some men may want lesser chest hair, but not complete removal. Women who are in fashion industry might like clear underarms and no facial hair at all. The treatment needs to be customized after thoroughly understanding a person’s expectations. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Being overweight also puts you at greater risk for arthritis. More weight puts more pressure on your joints, and extra body fat increases inflammation in the body. Plan your diet around inflammation-fighting foods. Include fish, walnuts, flaxseeds in the diet. They are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids can help with joint stiffness and pain. Choose whole grain cereals like oatmeal, jowar, bajra, whole wheat products instead of refined and processed products. Include adequate amounts of proteins in the diet. Vegetarian sources include soya and their products, pulses and legumes, dairy and dairy products. Non-vegetarian sources like lean meats such as skinless chicken, fish and egg. Eat at least 4-5 servings of cut fruits and vegetables instead of juice. Drink plenty of water throughout the day at least 3-4litres/day. Decrease total fat and saturated fat intake. Reduce the intake of salt and preservatives and Limit the intake of caffeine.

The best way to loose weight is through low calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The calorie content in diet should not exceed 1200 kcal per day. You should avoid root vegetables, full cream milk, fried foods, sweets, refined flour and organ meat. Take more water, green leafy vegetables, egg white, lean meat, brown bread, multigrain atta and brown bread. You should also do aerobic exercise like walking/ jogging/cycling/skipping for half hour every day at least for 5 days a week.
