Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of foot swelling. It can be infection/inflammation, postural, low protein levels in the body due to deranged lft, kft etc. It ca also be due to cardiac causes, hypothyroidism etc. So please get a full body worup including cardiac evaluation to see whats the cause in your case. It's muscle weakness. Do back strengthening exercises and posture training. Use pillow to support your back while driving. Some medicines And exercises will help

There is no medicine or kit that can make you slim. Kindly give up this search or research into magic slimming medicines. I have seen many patients who keep trying out such stuff and keep wasting thousands of rupees and millions of hopes. The best and the only way to reduce weight is to reduce eating junk. I have a problem of calcification in Achilles tendon due to which i couldn't even walk properly. I have tried a lot of doctors but problem couldn't be solved by any. Is there any treatment for this disease?

There can be various problems for mouth ulcer, there can be deficiency of vitamin b12, poor digestion, or any other thing, along with medication which you are taking, eat 1 papaya daily, and take light food, avoid spicy, oily, fatty food, that will help you to recover more fastly.

With regards to ur age the cause is probably a physical strain in the affected part .. Try to oil the knee with Ayurvedic oils or gingely oil followed by giving a hot water compress with cloth or hot water bag

Hello Abhimanyu, Waist pain every winter can be mostly because of some old injury. In case you have suffered any fracture, it is bound to hurt every winter. However , in order to rule out any other pathology, I would suggest you undergo an X Ray of the lumbar spine in AP and Lateral view which will show any deformity or abnormal calcification. Please share the reports and accordingly I will be able to suggest the further course of action.
