I would like to know how to cope up the knee pain so that I can run for long distances.
FOr knee pain the best treatment course would be to undergo janu vasti at a panchakarma centre near u. after undergoing janu vasti, u shall be completely treated. if need the doc might prescribe you some ayurvedic medicines depending on your body type. Till then you can have drumstick soup daily. Also boil 2 pieces of garlic in 1 cup milk & 1 cup water. When 1 cup remains, strain & drink daily after adding 1 tsf cow ghee. If u want guidance on ayurvedic medicines, then you can consult me privately, with knee x ray image.

Physiotherapy treatment will be helping you for your pain management. Like IFT/TENS, massage therapy to drain toxic fluid, Taping (adhessive patch with are little lengthen and elastic) will also help you reduce swelling and pain. There are some technique called Desensitization Technique also will help to reduce your pain. Exercises always helps to improve functional ability, muscle strength, reduce pain swelling.

Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and.

do hot fermentation and rest avoid strain and do strength exercise in gradually process. if u r unable then tk physiotherapy treatment and strength exercise with physio. keep equal balance on both legs avoid long standing, sitting.
