My wife is having hepatis b carrier and recently we did all test and we did viral load test as well, and one of MD doctor said virus is inactive. Want clarification is it possible for us to take further treatment and make hepatis b as negative.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician, Alappuzha
In some people the virus will inactivate by itself The likelihood of spontaneous HBsAg seroconversion during acute HBV infection varies according to patient age and immune competence. Up to 97% of healthy adults with acute HBV will clear the infection. In contrast, HBsAg seroconversion in chronically infected patients is a relatively uncommon event, with an incidence of only 0.8%-2% per annum. Chronically infected who typically acquired HBV infection in adulthood. have a higher rate of spontaneous HBsAg loss than Asian patients with presumed vertical acquisition of HBV.

There are chances of pregnancy but not 100%. You are right and concern is natural. So you need to directly meet one to one with an expert for an interaction and consultation. Chances of pregnancy would depend on the status and timing of of your menstrual cycle, so without interaction its difficult to be absolutely sure. Since it took place only 2 days back. No tests can guide you surely. Be quick and connect either online or in person for next action in earliest possible time.
