Please give me home made (lemon, turmeric, aloevera) remedies for treating acne and black spots.

Please give me home made (lemon, turmeric, aloevera) remedies for treating acne and black spots.
These are the methods to treat acne & black spots: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Many people are troubled by the appearance of under eye dark circles. There are various reasons for having peri-orbital dark circles. Some of them is due to sinusitis ,cold or allergies, Nasal congestion can dilate the blood vessels that drain from the area around your eyes, causing them to darken. Other causes are Heredity, aging, dry skin, Sleep deprivation ,Oversleeping, Eczema, Stress, Iron deficiency, Lifestyle (working for long hours in front of a computer, unhealthy diet. ,Fluid retention, Skin pigmentation abnormalities, Excessive exposure to the sun ,Periorbital cellulitis. It is always better to get rid of underlying problem first to treat your dark circles problem, as other tips will just give you temporary relief. Some ways to get rid of dark circles at home are Almond Oil and vitamin E oil ,cucumber, raw potato, rose water, tomato, lemon juice, tea bags, or put cotton dipped in tea water, turmeric, cold compress or cotton dipped in cold water. You can consult me online through Lybrate for medicines. Your feedback matters. Thank-you.

Best Ways to Deal With Hair Loss

Best Ways to Deal With Hair Loss

Hair fall has become very common for everyone now. The reason can range from environmental factors to biological ones. Being aware of the causes is the first step in preventing serious hair fall. Following are the ways to deal with it:

  1. Get to the root of the cause: The most common reason for hair loss in both men and women is androgenetic alopecia, also called pattern baldness. The most common occurrence happens around menopause. The other causes can be side effects of brief illness, stress and reaction to drugs. Once you catch the cause, the course of treatment can chart an effective path.
  2. Improve your diet: Eating iron rich food with a copious quantity of protein and zinc can also work wonders to internally strengthen your hair. Pumpkin seeds, eggs, shellfish, wheat germ are some of the items you can include in your daily diet to improve your hair quality.
  3. Wash it right: Detangle your hair fully and slowly before you get into the shower. That way it won't get tangled and messy when wet. Next, use cold water to wash your hair. If the water is too hot, it may dry your hair and add to your woes. The most important step here is to use the right products for your hair wash. Use a mild shampoo as much as possible and take time out to deep condition your hair. Be sure to use products that you have tried and tested before only. Last but not the least, use a hair serum after your wash to strengthen it and prevent breakage. Refrain from combing wet hair.
  4. Try medication: There are several medicines out there that promise to revitalize your locks and enhance new hair growth. These include massage oils, scalp creams and oral pills all of which can be taken individually or in combination to promote hair growth. Be sure to consult a doctor before you start on this.
  5. Hairstyle with care: Women can start with the simple hairstyling trick of adding layers which gives a sense of volume and bounce. Couple it with large curls and you have a perfect illusion of lush healthy hair. But limit the parlor to only haircuts. Avoid the blow dry or colouring, straightening or ironing that can cause further damage. If you are losing sleep over losing your hair, it's time you consult a professional.

Sir I m 32 year old man, previous some days I had a ulcer like spot on my penis, I use many antiseptic/fungal cream but no cure they repeat.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
The cause of a penis ulcer is often bacteria or viruses linked to sexually transmitted diseases, such as chancroid, syphilis, mononucleosis, or herpes.-----------The presence of ulcers doesn’t always indicate venereal disease. Antibiotics and mouth bites from oral sex can also create penile ulcers; for the latter cause, bacteria in the mouth, such as Eikenella corrodens, are generally the culprit. One rare cause of ulcers on the penis is tuberculosis. -----------------Some men with penile ulcers may notice accompanying lethargy and feebleness. Low white blood cells may also be present with some ulcers. Lesions are frequently a precursor to ulcers; the abnormal tissue of the lesion eventually breaks open into a penis ulcer with accompanying pus and sometimes blood.--------------Treatment is not always permanent, as some ulcers can become latent and then recur years later.---------------So description I required toreach to a diagnosis regarding--------- 1. Shape, color, and size of the ulcer, -------------------- 2. How soon the ulcer appeared------------------- 3. Whether the sores were accompanied by chills or fever. ----------------- 4. Sexual behavior and past partners IF ANY--------. IF EVEN THEN A DIAGNOSIS IS NOT CONFIRMEDTHEN thorough inspection, Blood Tests and BIOPSY should be conducted--------------

My skin is oily and I have pimples n acne problem also. Suggest me best facewash.

MBBS, MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy
Dermatologist, Mumbai
My skin is oily and I have pimples n acne problem also. Suggest me best facewash.
Acne can be treated easily with facewash, tablets and creams. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice. Please don't use patanjali and other commercial products.

I have lots pimples on my face what should I do plzzz help. Me doctor to make my face ok
My age is 18 now.
Acne usually subsides after adolescence, but may last into middle age. Scarring may occur if severe acne is not treated. Some people, especially teenagers, can become significantly depressed if it is not treated. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results in acne and pimples and gives relief in long term. Moreover all medications are natural, safe, gentle, effective, easy to administer and without any adverse effects. With homoeopathic medicines, also take the following self-care steps to lessen the effects of acne: Clean your skin gently with a mild soap removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. Try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples. Although it might be tempting to do this, it can lead to scarring and skin infections. Avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. Identify and avoid anything that aggravates pimples. Your triggers may include foods, lotions, or make-up. Avoid greasy cosmetics or creams. Look for water-based or" non-comedogenic" formulas. Take make-up off at night. . Homeopathic treatment is strongly recommended for patients who are desperately looking for an effective remedy. If you have any specific question about your condition, consult for treatment.
