Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

I am 64 yrs having sugar, bp and cholesterol, taking medications. Please of late having problem while walking causing imbalance. Please ct scan of brain done - no probs - report says - please age related cerebral and celebellar atrophy. Done some physio, but no improvement, your valued opinion solicited.

Dear , if you' re having imbalance problems then you should do specific balance exercises. Start with simple exercises like in sitting: touch your nose with your finger tip, touch a point in front of you (this can be done by placing a sticker on a wall) making sure you touch the center of the point, walking in a straight line, walking around obstacles. Initially these exercises may prove to be challenging but as you go along it gets easier. Start with one exercise at a time and everyday do the next exercise along with the previous day' s exercise. Hello You have to correct your posture, also sit straight, do back strengthening exercises, and check your bikes shocker. Don't do long drive if it is have a break in between.

Hello in medical term the sound you are mentioning Is crepitus. There are reasons for the sound. Can be due to tendon tear, bony arthritis, fluid accumulation etc. Simple exercises of shoulder should be started. However goal of the treatment can be decided only with proper investigation.

Few days ago a patient reported pain in the bottom of his foot. He described it as feeling like his foot was ripping apart during the first few steps out of bed in the morning. During the day it seemed to get a bit better but never totally gone. He had a list of other symptoms and wanted to do whatever he could to get rid of the pain. Finally patient was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and decided to treat with cupping therapy.

After the two sessions, he reported good improvement in his foot pain and leg muscle tightness. And now he is able to get out of bed and walk almost normally.

I believe that cupping is so much effective at removing inflammation, that it was key in treating his plantar fasciitis.

Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Use cervical pillow.
