My bones are weak can you suggest how to make it strong. I am not able to lift heavy item its pain and hurt please suggest some good medicine.

Dear, to get strong bones follow these simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. *take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day for 10 days. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

I am 24 years old my neck pain please solve this problem few weeks this problem start please help me doctor I am staying in mumbai.

* neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle. Check your posture, do not bend your neck excessively and when you work on your laptop or computer after half hour of working move your neck slowly in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. * do neck massage with lukewarm mustard oil. * do not take pillow of high hight during sleeping or avoid to take pillow. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Dry Cloth indirect heat will help you a lot, otherwise best thing is apply paste of roasted Jeera (Cumin seeds)+ Haldi (Turmeric Powder) along with Heeng (asoefetida) all mixed with ghee. And cover it with a cloth for 1-2 hrs.

Hi, back pain in your age can be due to posture like long term sitting or stiff back, so it is better to avoid sitting in same posture for a long period, and also apply hot pack in back whenever you r having a backache n start doing back strengthening exercise.

Hello if you r running or standing or your doing more step activity or any jurky movment to your knee than stop doing all stuff take rest for 3, 4 days put ice pack over knee and aply dolentia relex gel after if pain relives than start doing some good knee strengthening exercises if pain dosent reduce than visit to physiotherapy center and take ift over that pain part.

it is 8 weeks since i met with in a car accident. My ribs are fractured and there is minimal displacement of the sternum.Pain has reduced totally. However during coughing/sneezing I feel pain and slight heaviness. How long will it take to completely recover and what are the exercises to be done to improve .

You can do assisted coughing that relieves pain during cough. You can consult physiotherapist and do breathing exercises. At home you can do pranayama or light yoga also that improves flexibility. It may take 6 month to 1 year depends on how you do exercises.

Hi imbalance in longissimus can be corrected by exercise. Start with simple streching exercise followed by strengthening exercise. It will be good if you do exercise in under supervision of skilled physiotherapist.

Hello Dear, According to Ayurveda joint pain is known as Sandhigata vata. With increase in age vata dosha is predominant in human body that is why with aging disease caused by vata dosha increases in body. Joint pain is a common symptom with many possible causes. Joint Pain and Arthritis are the one of the most devastating conditions faced by individuals, particularly elderly women today. When there is pure Vata dosha involvement (a pain without swelling or discoloration) then the massage with medicated ayurvedic oil is quite useful & supplement is helpful in balancing bodily humors ?vata, which is responsible dosha for Sandhigata vata.
