Arthriis is auto immune disease acc. To ayurveda it is life style disorder. It is due to bad eating habits. It can control by diet and some ayurvedic medicine. If it is chronic then it is difficult to treat. If its sympotom start last for just 1-2 years then it can be under control. But it will take time.

Stop going to gym. Take rest for week. If pain subside continue to gym avoiding weight lifting and floor exercise. Till than hot water fomentation.

I stopped taking non-veg (egg, fish & chicken) 4 years before. Very often I am getting vitamin-d deficiency due to which I am getting joint pains. Is that the reason for this deficiency? Shall I start taking again.

Vitamin D deficiency is very common in people eating non-veg also! Most important factor which influences Vitamin D synthesis in our body is exposure to strong sunlight. Recent studies have showed that nearly 3/4th of Indian people are deficient in Vitamin D. There is no harm in maintaining a healthy vitamin D level through regular intake of D3 supplements. However Vitamin D should always be taken under supervision of a physician.

I hv Done surgery in 2011 orerian cyst laparotomy. Now I started having of back pain and white discharge again .plzz advise.

1. Start with the Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn spinal exercises 3. Do hot fermentation twice a day 4. Apply volini cream before sleeping 5. Don't lift heavy things 6. Don't sit on floor 7. Take calcium and vitamin D 3 for one month minimum.

I have a serious back pain. I take too much medicine but nothing work. What can I do?

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Near knee cap inner side muscle pulsating no pain but several times in day its occurring is it serious why it is causing.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Hello Doctor! My age is 32 . I was detected with spondylitis spondylitis in June 2016. I did a CT Scan of Cervical Spine . The report says 1) No Focal area of altered attenuation in the supra or infratentorial parenchyma 2) Ventricles .cisterns and sulci are unremarkable 3) No middle shift is seen 4) Visualized skull base appear normal 5) Screening through cervical spine - Diffuse posterior bulge of C3-4 to C6-7 discs indenting anterior subarachnoid space. Conclusion No significant parenchyma abnormality is seen. Multislice plain CT Brain Screening of Cervical Spine was performed on MDCT scanner. I also have BP problem and fatty liver grade 1 .From past 10 days I am having pain in my back neck which is passing to front shoulder and left side chest also and I am getting pain in my left side head also . I took some painkillers nothing worked What is the exact problem with me .I did some massage and hot water fermentation for 4 days I felt better only for some time but pain is still there My Orthopedic Dr. asked me to take tablet flexura d for 10 days .I took for 2 days but no benefit . The moment I take more medicines I feel discomfort in my right side below chest area where liver is present . Antacid tablets alos do not suit me. Is my problem curable or will I have this pain life long . I did my liver test that’s normal my chest x-ray is also normal. should I do upper chest sonography to figure out why is there a pain is there some nerve problem or other issue. should I also go for Spine MRI as I am really fed up of the pain .I hope I do not have any Heart problem .Pls Help me .Please reply asap.

Hello sir I am 19 years old I have a pain in the right shoulder pain because of in gym when I was lifting the rod of 40 kilo in inclined set at that time it suddenly fall in my right shoulder I have done MRI result no problem then why the pain occurs I want to know that please reply fast.

Please note that there has been muscular sprain and it will stay for sometime. You need not to do weigh lifting till the time you recover. Massage with warm mustard oil. Take mag phos 6x - thrice daily.

Follow these instructions to get relief from neck pain- * first correct your sitting posture. Do not use laptops or mobile for more than 1-2 hours if yo have to work on computer then the screen of computer should be in the same level to your eyes. * you can use cervical collar for support during work. * do regular neck muscle strength exercises. Move your neck clockwise and anticlock wise for 2-3 minutes daily. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress with very low pillow level. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements regularly. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight.

If you are having any issues with the plates then get them removed if the fracture has healed completely. N you can strengthen your wrist by exercises.

Do these exercises regularly twice a day early in the morning and night before dinner at empty stomach. Live a back pain free life.

If this is the spinal degenerative disease affected the nerve system then such symptoms are likely and this need to be managed accordingly to the nerve pathology and most of the time it requires surgery
