Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Crunches should not cause your low back to hurt. If you repeatedly have pain while performing crunches, cease the activity and seek physiotherapist consultation. When performing a crunch the low back will round. When the lower back rounds it has the potential to push fluid from the intervertebral disc space out and may compress the nerves. A few good alternative core exercises you can try are planks, ball bridges, stability ball marching and dying bug exercises. These will all work the abdominals, help you to lose belly fat and should reduce low back pain.

I have slight pain in joint part of rite nose-eye from last december. I am feeling slight disturbance material in right nose. Sometimes I am feeling heaviness in right eye ball. Hello Susma, I feel you are healthy only but due to bit of low energy levels you feel these symptoms. Please avoid cold climate and cold water. Put a Practice of 15 mts non stop walk 3 times a day to increase your blood circulation. Also go for a wellness treatment in Acupuncture...then you will come back normal in 1 week.

If tubectomy is not done despite 3 C sections, chances of getting pregnant are as good as in a normal fertile woman. As a routine 4 th C s is not done get intrauterine device fitted if ultrasound reports are normal and cycle is not on higher side or irregular.

You need to visit good shoulder specialist. An orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder will diagnose your problem and then you can ask for treatment. It may be impingement or scapular dyskinesia.

Dear doctor. I had a fracture near ankle with tibia bone and having a pop from 20 days what suggest me for calcium intake. I am taking one a tablet for calcium as advised by my doctor is there any other supplement to be used. Please reply.

Keep ice to reduce the inflammation of the shoulder and you can use a pillow while lying to hike the shoulder as you might feel better everyday morning without pain. And also it looks like subluxation of shoulder ie. Shoulder gets pulled out at times when there is weakness. And also you can go for an xray to check for the shoulder anatomical position so there we can rule out whether there is mild dislocation of the shoulder.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
