You have post febrile illness arthralgia. These joint pains usually last few weeks to a few months. Management is largely focused on relief of symptoms till the illness subsides. If symptoms are significant, and affect daily activities, it is better to consult me or some other Orthopedic in clinic.

Hello, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Please tell me duration of pain and what was the initiating factor for it? what medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I would like to know whether you have got your inflammatory profile done till now and whether calcium and vitamin d testing/supplementation has been done. A lot of knee pain in young adults is due to a condition called as chondromalacia wherein intensive physical therapy, calcium and vitamin d supplementation, short course of anti inflammatory medications and avoidance of certain activities initially will help. Also please let me know what all exercises you are doing on a daily basis. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Thanks & regards

U have not mentioned your age. U need to check Thyroid profile from a lab. 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. Backpain is associated with many conditions which needs to be evaluated. After evaluation a plan can be chalked out for your rehabilitation which involves medication, posture correction if needed and use of physical therapy also. Till then avoid forward bending, lifting weight, and sitting for prolonged intervals.

Pain could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's.

Hi 1st of all you have to avoid heavy lifting, forward bending, long duration sitting and standing. Do some exercises- stretching your back of thigh muscle (hams), and calf muscle, and bend your knee and do side twist. Put a pillow under knee. Use heating pad for 10 to 15 min.
