Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 1-1 tab yograj guggul after lunch and dinner. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Deficiency of minerals may be due to profuse dehydration like sweating due to weather. Do one thing bring ors sachet. Take 1 daily for 1 week and take narial pani daily. You will be fine.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello you are suffering from the back pain that might be caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. Take homoeopathic medicine Rhus tox. 200, 5 drops twice daily for 10 days, then revert me with feed back.

It is not from outside. It's clean from outside. If we touch and press it will be very painful. It is almost downside to fingers, but exactly touches ground while walking. Throughly checked for any sharpen pieces stocked their, but no result.

yu can take IFT one lis upper one lower one lateral side one medial side of the foot for 10 days @ 15 min use innersole inside shoe toe bending exercise soft sole shoe no heal take IFT over lumber region also for 5 days to 7 days @ 15 min

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Do arobic excersices, yoga, tadasan, pachimotanasan, masandrasan (learn from guru than do it) take rcompound tablet 2 in morning after lunch end 2 tablet after dinner. Massaje maha narayan taila morning end night. After 2 hours gets up from chair walk few minuties than work again. Take 1calcium tablet with milk after dinner. Walking will also help.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises.

Hello, According to your age you maybe a little overweight. Try joining a sports club or gym which will you keep you motivated. Follow a healthy diet and expose yourself to the early hours sun rays. Just doing this much may bring you a change.

Hii. Dear it's due to weakness of lower back muscles. Take rest and don't watch tv while lying -do hot water fermentation duration -15 min thrice in a day -do lower back muscle exercises daily 15-20 min, twice - do knee to chest exercise 20 times morning while wake up and evening before bed do it for 3 days sure feel better inform me if pain increases.
