My mother had fever last week. She recovered from fever in two days but since then she has severe pain in her knee joints and wrist joints. She is feeling very weak. Not able to move properly. Not willing to eat anything. Please help.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi, I am 25 years old male and have backache for last 4 months. I have used pain relief cream for 15 days but have not any relief what should I do now.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Refractive error is just one cause of many thousands. Common cause so headache are inadequate food and water intake, exposure to bright light n sunlight, stress, sinusitis etc.

I am 20 years old, I am getting severe head ache even I am using glasses and I am not getting sleep during nights due to this head ache.

You might need to change your no of glasses but then again hat is not the only reason for headache take care of your diet eat more healthy and fresh good don't eat fried spicy and junk food drink lots of water follow fixed timings for sleeping and getting up and stay away from mental stress strain anxiety and tension etc etc f headach is of a very long duration then consult a physician and get thoroughly investigated to find out its reason and treatment.

Diabetes can occur at any age, you should first know the cause of it, so that appropriate action can be taken, also you can start having methi (fenugreek) water in the morn, besides get a diet plan for yourself. Eat at regular intervals at every 3-4 hours also avoid refined grains (rice, maida) have food rich in fiber like whole grains, fruits etc.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Inform after 10 days for further guidance.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain.

I am a student, I have stomach pain, it comes frequently when walk to college, our college is 1km away from my home.

You may be having hyperacidity for which you are having stomach pain very frequently. You should have milk at regular intervals milk is a good antacid. Do not keep your stomach empty for longer duration which may lead to gastric ulcers.

I have back pain and Even pain in my right leg. I masturbate every alternate day. Does masturbation cause pain. I even sleep facing my chest on the bed and leg upside down does it cause back pain or there is problem with my bed. Also I smoke 4 to 5 cigarette a day. I inhale it put do not take to lungs, does it cause anemia.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid bending, lifting weight, exercise till pain subsides - do hot fomentation of the area twice a day - apply pain relief cream lightly on affected area three times a day - if still pain persists then take pain relief tablet twice a day after meals - get an x- ray chest done to know the exact cause.
