I am 24 years old female and my weight is 42 kg, I want to increase my breast size, and what and all natural food I should take and exercise to increase my breast size at home only.

Your breast size can significantly depend on the presence or absence of certain hormones in your body. While the presence of male hormones like testosterone can impede breast growth, absence of estrogen can also reduce breast development and leave you with small, underdeveloped breasts. The best way to overcome this is to eat foods rich in estrogen. Excess levels of estrogen in the body would regulate the hormonal levels and help you achieve bigger breasts in a short span of time. Some of the best natural sources of estrogen include chicken head soup, anise seeds, soy foods, vegetables, legumes, fruits, eggs, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds etc. Certain exercises like pushups, wall pushups, bench presses, chest presses and chest compressions can help in breast enlargement. These exercises involve the movement of the arms and shoulders, which will tone the skin and muscle tissues in and around the breast area. This in turn will make your breasts firmer and appear larger. Do these exercises daily for at least 30 minutes. To be sure you are doing them correctly, seek professional advice from a gym instructor or trainer. Massage helps in two ways. First, it increases blood circulation, and secondly, it helps stretch out the tissues within the breast to make them appear bigger and firmer. Use natural oils like olive oil or almond oil to massage your breasts. Rub the oil between your palms for two to three minutes to generate heat. Place your hands on your breasts and rub inwards, continuing around your breasts in a circular direction. Do a minimum of 100 to 300 circular rubs in the morning and again before going to bed. Most people will be shocked to know this -

Exercise is almost useless for weight loss. Just about every serious expert know that trying to make people exercise more, in scientific studies, has an almost negligible impact on their weight.

Dr. Aseem malhotra, a uk cardiologist was quoted in british medical journal - "you can not outrun a bad diet"

A recent study from herman pontzer shows a possible reason. People who are very physically active do not necessarily burn more calories than people who are moderately active. The body seems to adapt, possibly by resting more after exercising. When that happens, it does not burn more calories.

It may be one of the main reasons why exercise is not useful for weight loss. Exercise is very good for health, strength, well-being, many things. But when it comes to weight loss, it’s almost all about what you eat. - another shocking scientific truth is eating low calorie food and low fat food also does not result in sustainable weight loss. I am male 24. I have difference in my testis size. Right testicle small in size compare to right one. It's is from 10 or more then 10 year. When I press it's feels little pain also. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Testicle size, color and shape differs in every individual. If you observe your ears, eyes, hands, legs etc they will be differing in some aspect in your body. The same is applicable to your testicles too. They differ in color, size and texture. This difference will not affect your sexual performance or future reproductive ability. But you should look for abnormal swelling of testicles with or without pain, itching, burning etc. Don’t panic. Take care.

Kindly show me digital x rays of cervical spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It looks like you have developed sun sensitivity. I advice you to use sunscreen very regularly. Use neutrogena 50 spf 3 times a day at 3 hourly interval. You should apply half an hour before stepping out in the sun. Use weekly apricot or walnut scrub. Drink plenty of water and vitamin c rich foods.
