A proper diet is essential in keeping the kidney healthy and prevent formation of kidney stones. Drinking plenty of water and other fluids or liquids daily will help prevent most types of kidney stones. Consuming too much of calcium rich foods such as spinach, beet, cauliflower, carrots, almonds, sweet breads, coconut, turnip, bengal gram, peas, whole-wheat flour and organ meats like liver and kidney can lead to kidney stones. One should also know to choose a diet that is low in salt and animal proteins. Keep away from condiments such as pickle, alcohol drinks, sauce, cucumber, radish, tomato, asparagus, onion, cabbage, meat and gravies as well as carbonated drinks.

If this is happening from last few days ... check for your Naval Displacement. Lie down straight on your back ( empty stomach), feel the nerve , if it is not at the center of navel do following process for 3 continuous days: Pour sesame oil ( lukewarm ) into your naval . Rub your palm and generate heat , Start massaging in circular motions with little pressure. Gradually increase the size of circles . Do this for 15 minutes . After that , sit and try to touch your toes. After 5 minutes take some hot drink like hot milk, tea, herbal tea etc.

You have to be careful in how much fluids you drink daily. Your daily fluid need depends on your body weight and your level of activity. Overdosing on fluids can cause side effects .In the meantime check your urine for any infection. Want to know more take a consult.

Behavioral interventions are the first choice in helping manage an overactive bladder. They're often effective, and they carry no side effects. Behavioral interventions may include: Pelvic floor muscle exercises. Kegel exercises strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and urinary sphincter. These strengthened muscles can help you stop the bladder's involuntary contractions. Your doctor or a physical therapist can help you learn how to do Kegel exercises correctly. It may take as long as six to eight weeks before you notice a difference in your symptoms. Healthy weight. If you're overweight, losing weight may ease your symptoms. Weight loss may help if you also have stress urinary incontinence. Fluid consumption. Your doctor may recommend that you cap the fluids you consume at a certain amount and may suggest appropriate times during which to consume them. Double voiding. To help empty your bladder more completely, you wait a few minutes after urinating and then try again to empty your bladder again. Scheduled toilet trips. Setting a schedule for toileting — for example, every two to four hours — gets you on track to urinate at the same times every day rather than waiting until you feel the urge to urinate.

Person feel sudden and compelling desire to urinate with pain. 3. Restlessness 4. Sweating, nausea and vomiting 5. Presence of blood in urine 6. Retention of urine (accumulation of urine in bladder) it can cause kidney damage and kidney failure. You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8.
