Hello lybrate-user Back ache in morning could also be because of improper bedding. Check your mattress if it's very old then please change it to a firm one. Which is not too hard and not too soft. Also keep a pillow under your knees when you sleep so it will relax your back muscles. Also during the day if you are sitting more see that your posture is correct and try to walk around every hour for 5 mins or so if you have a sitting job. For any more questions or queries please feel free to contact me.

You have not mentioned details of treatment you are undergoing for fibromyalgia. Medicine therapy in fibromyalgia is effective and along with it you should do regular exercises/ at least walking. Don't worry your symptoms can be relieved by medication. The medication needs to be given by prescription. Consult a pain specialist in your city for treatment. You can consult again for further queries.

Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee pain more than 2 weeks:if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

Es I ho -water is the best way to keep yourself hydrated always carry a bottle of water and keep sipping on it at regular intervals - add an extra cup of fluid to your diet by sipping on green tea or herbal tea it instantly makes you brisk - if you the gym daily make sure to have sports drink. They contain electrolytes and 6 to 8 percent carbohydrates - avoid alcohol in summer as it is extremely dehydrating. Substitute fluids like milk juices tea and coffee instead - it is the season of tender coconuts and watermelons - after each trip to the restroom refuel with a glass of water - one of the first sign of dehydration is a dry mouth. Exercises are must. No food restriction. No role of apple cider vinegar. If you have sciatica pain, before starting exercises, get it treated with MIPI, which is usually the first best treatment. You can further discuss it in detail with me on lybrate.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.
