I'm 40 year old. I dont take any diet. I dont go to social parties and eat ouotside anytime. I prefer only home food I am out of my home rather hotel food. I dont smoke nor drink. My problem is. Early in the morning if I wake up between 3am - 5am mu throat burns. Please advice.

This suggests acidity. At times body produces more acid without any precipitating cause. Take capsule ocid 20 for 10 days when you get up from bed. Eat half an hour after that. Take a bland diet low in salt an spices. Limit tea to 2-3 cups a day that too never empty stomach. Take plenty of salads and fresh fruits. Take dinner 2hours before you go to sleep. Take a cup if luke warm or cold milk at bed time. Come back after 10 days.

I am 21 year old male. I am having hair fall from 2 years ago. Nothing worked for me. I took treatment in so many clinics and doctors. But no results. I am having severe hair fall. At last I tested thyroid. And the results are T3 =112, T4 = 8.3, TSH = 11.07. Is it causing my severe hair fall?

Hi, Stomach pain can be for a short period of time, come and go, or may be only after you eat or before, it could be an indication to other underlying problem like Gallstones or peptic ulcer. The reason could be as simple as gastritis/ gas/ bloating or as serious as inflammation of pancreas. The reason for persistent problem of stomach pain are generally narrowed down by a number of investigations by a doctor. In your case most probably it looks like some gastric disturbances, it would give you some important suggestions to modify your life style especially eating, which will help you surely: 1. Eat light (easily digestible) and healthy food. Try to include more fibre in your food and avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. 2. Alcohol and smoking also causes gastritis which in turn causes stomach ache/ and gastritis, please avoid or moderate them. 3. Try to eat homemade food most of the time. Include vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread. 4. Eat frequent and small meals if possible. 5. Try to eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals which might result in flatulence. 6. Take a light and early dinner preferable 2-3 hours before sleeping. Medications for light stomach pain - Take 1). Tablet Meftal-Spas one tablet stat after food as and when required. 2). Tablet Pantaprazole 40 mg one hour before the breakfast daily for 5 days. 3). Tablet Ciplox-TZ twice daily for 5 days. I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, I can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) one thing I want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult me if symptom persist.

height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you won't grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

According to my age my height is not that good I am merely 5'3 or may blesss and turning 20in 3months is there anyway to increase my height at this age by home remedies or diet and I will not take any medicne though and yeah due to work load I sleep for about 4-6 hrs and no physical exercise. I am having constant lower back pain since a more than a month. When I get up from chair I feel pain in my lower back and I need time to stand straight. I am working in IT industry. Slowly and sometimes I feel pain in the lower abdomen/kidney area exactly the back side of the lower back where I feel pain. I feel this more when after a long walk, during tennis game or any physical activity. My weight is 75 and height is 5.11 roughly. I am 36 years age. Also I am suffering from frequent gas and severe acidity problem since more than 2 years.

Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food.
