Flu is a self limiting viral infection by contact with an affected person close to you or in a crowd. When its structure is different you may get fresh attack. Avoid contact to the extent possible. Bed res, t medications for symptoms like Aspirin, Paracetamol or Nimusulide for few days , regular food is sufficient .Headche, bodyache , cold, weakness and sometimes cough are some symptoms

I am interested in your detailed history as to what is site of back pain and knee pain, duration and radiation of pain and any associated symptoms if any. You are obviously very low in vitamin d levels and should get it adequately supplemented with medications. I would also advise to start intensive physical therapy aimed at strengthening your back muscles and also knee exercises initially under supervision of a physiotherapist. If you do not improve after adequate physical therapy and supplementation then i will advise you to get relevant x rays and send it across to me for further opinion. I know most of the people, who are reading this message might suffering with diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, anemia, thyroid, low bone density, vitamin d deficiency etc etc.

1. Most of you have not realized the importance physical activities.
2. Most of you have gave up physical exercise just for 15 more mins sleep in the morning.
3. Most of you have no time to do some physical activities due to daily routine.

80% of your body degeneration can be reduced by doing some physical activities in a day.

Do the at least 15mins of physical exercise, let the calories burn and new cells in a body build up.

Don't pamper your body, if you pamper it, more chances to welcome diseases. More you hard your body by doing surya namaskara, yoga, gym, walking, playing games (out door games obviously), dance, aerobics, swiming, meditation what not, keep your body healthy.

Just take 1 hour of time from a day for physical exercise and enjoy rest of the 23 hours. Else, it will be different.

Benefits of physical exercise:

1. Your body is fit.
2. Body and muscles are hungry and when you eat a best nutritional food, it will observe completely.
3. Reduces the degeneration of body and keep away the diseases.
4. Improves your confidence.

Use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day back stretching exercise, strengthening ex avoid forward bending heavy weight lifting use hard bed. Change working habit sit straight, maximum 45 min continue in one position, use hard bed, go to bed and get up always side lying position.

Gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Hi, according to your height your weight is low. I advice you increase your weight. You should follow proper diet plan and do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take 4 egg daily. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk and sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. As you age, your metabolism decreases leading to weight gain. Since you have a sitting job and being a woman, you are prone to put on weight near the stomach and hip areas as a woman is genetically designed to have a pear-shaped body. I advise you to join a gym and alternate between weight training and cardio to help build muscle mass and burn fat. Along with this, you need to eat a balanced diet with lots of fibre, greens, veggies, nuts, salads, curd, etc. Here is a diet plan for you: have a healthy breakfast to keep you going for the morning. Include items like oats porridge/ oats upma/ idli/ dosa. Between breakfast and lunch, have a fruit and a handful of nuts. In lunch, eat a portion of salad, a jowar/ragi chapatti with veggies, dal and a glass of buttermilk (chhaas). Keep your dinner light. You can have soup, salad, veggies/grilled chicken or fish. Avoid eating rotis or rice at night. Along with this, drink two-three cups of green tea every day and sleep well.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Please do your blood pressure and hb% check. If you are a computer savvy - limit the time of being online. Go for a walk/visit your friends home take milk daily one glass and a glass of mixed fruit juice daily. Continue treatment.

My son is 20 months old. When he was born he was very fair but suddenly his skin grew darker n now is become very dark brown in color. When consulted the paediatrician je said it was due to sponging the baby with dettol water. When he was born I use to regularly sponge him with dettol water. Hi, give him homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month.
