For body pain you should find out if you are having low grade fever or having a history of recurrent cold. If these are the causes seen then take proper medications. And if not then take rest and regularise your diet. Do not immediately take analgesics.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

If you finish the business plan now, you can go to the movies later. 6 Focus on the success you will achieve and the joy you will feel. 7 Come up with a consequence that will deter you from avoiding the task. If you don’t exercise two times a week, you have to give up talking on the phone with your friends. 8 Ask someone to help you complete the task. 9 Make your intentions public. This will add pressure, but for some of us, avoiding embarrassment is the mightiest motivator.

Dear lybrate-user stopping rice is not a great idea. However, the best thing would be is to substitute white polished rice with brown rice (india gate brand is good). Brown rice is rich in fibre and helps to keep the intestines in tip-top working condition thus helping you maintain a slim waistline. Do not consume wheat or maida based food products as this contains gluten which hampers digestion thus making you feel full and bloated. Make your rotis with rice flour, bajra flour or jowar flour instead. Avoid dairy and dairy products. Dairy contains caesin which again hampers digestion. Instead have soya milk. Following a plant-based diet is great to lose weight. Also drink around 4-5 cups of green tea per day, it helps boost the metabolism thus helping you lose weight. You can start with a home workout program. My personal favourite is stott pilates. They have an entire 30 minute simple workout session on you tube which you can download easily. They are aerobic and strengthening exercises which will also help you lose weight effectively.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. Hello, backache in pregnancy is a common problem which can happen due to laxity of ligaments and joints fue to the hormones of pregnancy. Make sure you take your calcium supplements properly. If it persists it wud be wise to test your vit d. Sleep in a propped up position and if despite this you feel brethless consult your doc.

Minor differences in sizes are quite normal and can be ignored. If the difference is gross then we have to check whether it is due to underdevelopment of the breast or there is an associated chest wall deformity and a plan has to be made for the best possible options giving you the best possible result with minimal scars. I am 38 year old prediabetes. I want to know whether I can take sugarfree (sucralose) regularly in my tea and other recipe. I got confused because in corporate hospitals like forte, Medanta dietician do give sugarfree to the patients admitted in hospital .But in these day I read on some website that it is very harmful. Hello, I would advice you to have tea with minimum quantity of sugar (1/2 tsp) in 1 cup (even if you have diabetes) or rather have it sugarless. Artificial sweeteners are not a healthy choice.
