Infections in the mouth, such as dental caries (tooth decay), periodontal (gum) disease or mouth sores related to other conditions may contribute to bad breath. Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. I have a broken tooth. Severe pain occurs sometimes. I also don't want to uproot my tooth please give suggestion.
Hello from what you have mentioned in your question, it is obvious that your tooth has suffered some form of trauma. The fact that you have suffered episodes of severe pain suggests that the root and adjacent tissue may have got infected. Normally a problem of such nature can be overcome by undergoing root canal treatment (rct). Please visit a dentist who after doing a thorough clinical and radiographic (x ray) examination will inform you about the various options available. If the tooth can be saved I am sure your dentist will do everything possible to salvage it. All the best.

There are several causes of tooth discoloration, including: foods/drinks. Coffee, tea, colas, wines, and certain fruits and vegetables (for example, apples and potatoes) can stain your teeth. Poor dental hygiene. Inadequate brushing and flossing. Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.

Reasons for bad breath and be multiple, wither oral or physiological or diet related which has to confirmed by dental checkup. For now tongue cleaning with tongue cleaner and a intermittent mouthwash use can be started with.

You should get scaling or cleaning done from a dentist, and get a routine blog test and sugar test done to rule out diabetes or any other ailments.

Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause. It can be due to decay, gum infection or sensitivity. Decay can be treated by rct. Gum infection can be treated by scaling and polishing n maintaining proper oral hygiene habits. For sensitivity, use desensitizing paste twice daily.

If it is a structural abnormality & you have been observing lately you need to consult a cosmetic surgeon & if it is temporarily then you need to know soft tissue swelling which might be from parotids underlying gums or local skin. So first understand actual swelling & its origin confirm it then look for a treatment.

Hello you mentioned that you have gaps in your teeth. If the gaps are due to cavities, get them filled. But if you have been suggested ortho treatment, then it is not necessary that teeth have to be removed. If space is already present, then I do not see the need for removal until unless opposing teeth are posing a problem for their alignment. Please see an orthodontist/dentist to get full evaluation done. If the teeth has to be removed, the space created will be adjusted and closed by moving the teeth backwards. The healing of the sockets, if taken care properly is uneventful and usually heals in 5-10 days.

See you can take any painkiller, but it won't totally reduce pain, you need to visit a dentist, get an xray done of the tooth involved and it may have to be removed.
