1-to stop pimples change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretion, fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad. Do arobic excersices, yoga, will help you. Wash face with neem face wash, steaming will also help 2-to stop hair fall add on your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products. Massaje mahabhringraj taila morning end night. Wash hairs with keshraj powder two times in a week. Feedback to me.

It kills more than 60 lakh people worldwide every year. More than 50% of regular smokers would invariably die from tobacco-related illnesses which includes heart attack, cancer or asthmatic lung diseases. Best age to stop smoking is before 40 31st May is “World No Tobacco Day” Quitting smoking before the age of 40 is associated with larger decline in premature death than stopping it at a later date. Best age therefore to stop smoking is before 40. However, stopping smoking even after the age of 50 is still associated with lower risk of death as compared to those who continue to smoke. Even in smokers aged 80 years or more, quitting smoking appears to reduce some mortality.

Hi, according to your height your weight should be in 52kg to 65 kg. For increase weight you have to maintain time schedule, like you have to tale 6-7 meal in a whole day since morning to night.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. Snack on fruits and nuts. Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

I have tennis elbow and golfers elbow in both hands since last 1+ year, I am 34 years old software professional. I am taking on and off ultrasonic physiotherapy, taken laser physiotherapy also in one hand, keep doing exercises and hot fermentation also. Sometimes exercises leads to pain and have to leave exercises, wearing tennis elbow band also. Please advise

Deep breathing is one of the best ways to deal with dizziness. It will help provide an adequate amount of oxygen to the brain, which in turn will relax the nervous system and reduce dizziness. 1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. 2. Place one hand on your abdomen, place the thumb of your other hand against one nostril and close your mouth. 3. Inhale slowly through your open nostril and try to fill your belly with air. 4. Hold the breath in, close both nostrils and purse your lips. 5. After 2 to 3 seconds, exhale slowly and try to extract air from your belly. 6. Repeat these steps 10 times. 7. Then, sit quietly for 5 minutes and breathe normally to avoid getting dizzy again.
