ganglions can disappear spontaneously. but if they are painful and gradually increasing in size then you can have it removed by an ortho surgeon. you have to remember that it can recur and surgery will also leave you with a scar

Your problem may be due to many conditions such as arthritis or thyroid, etc. So get ot checked. It can also be due to some kind of food alergy so track it. Drink plenty of fluids.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Hi, to generate interest in sexual coition, one should consume, apples, milk, carrots, cheese, almonds, papaya, soya been, spinach, pumpkins, mangoes, regularly. There r the certain, factors to b sorted out to inculcate, interest to join, sexual coition. One should go for meditation to reduce stress, and to nourish cells, tissues and to calm down one's nerve to cooperate on d occasion. Both d partners should, respect feelings of each others, realising, any physical disorder one may suffer, such as pain in lumber area, she / he is weak due to anaemic condition, any mental block, against coition may cause aversion from sexual coition. If your height is 5 feet and weight is 77, so the main problem is your weight. Deficiency of vit B12 is also one of the most common cause for this problem. You should have to loose some weight. Can also use Ayurvedic remedy दसमूल क्वाथ 10 ml two time in a day, for it.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

I am 40years old, since last one week having pain in heel and ankle, even I am not able to walk. Some times pain also exist in hands and waist (kamar). Do have complete master health check up to check all health parameters in good state for pain legs have hot and cold compression for 10 days of 15 min duration each followed by leg muscle strenghening exercises once pain subsides.

Haver you tried streching your calf muscles, if not do that first. Give icing for your calf muscles and stretch well and followed by streching your quads muscle also. Never do any kind of exercise when your pain is more.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Avoid long sitting toward bending, gym and lifting heavyweight. Do hot fermentation and rest after relief do spin spine stretching exercise if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.
