I am feeling quite tired and feeling that I am having fever but nothing on thermometer what should I do.
1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of revital daily after breakfast 7. Consult me for further advice.

Hi, Writing to you coz I feel that I have been still suffering from depression. I sleep 10-12 hours a day, at times even more. Nothing interest me now a days. Most important and weired thing is I use to be a very cool and calm person but now I get angry easily and that too an anger in which I imagine that I am beating that person brutally. Measure your temperature and tell me reading Tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. let me know what medicines you were taking And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

My age is 30,@25 I was suffering from piles 2nd degree, had bleeding problem along with muscular spots out side the anus. I took medicine for a month and bleeding was stop but" masse" were there. Due to which I had no problem. Now from last week again bleeding problem occurs, what should I do, any tablet to stop the bleeding. Having no pain, just bleeding and muscle spots. Please advise. Thank you.

Respected hi muscle spots are haemorrhoids which would be there don't worry. For bleeding control take tab kerutin - c mor & eve for 5 days after meals. Avoid oily spicy stuffs, nonveg. Have more liquids green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd for better digestion. Apply xylocaine (5) jelly over anal part after passing stool & after taking sitz bath (sitting in leuk warm water for 10-10 min mor & eve). Isabgul 3 teaspoonful at night with glass of leuk warm water for 7 days would help more.

I am 21, I gain 20 KGS in 4 years. I consult doctor and diagnosed for thyroid but results was negative. I ate junk food for last 2 years daily. And my problem is gas trouble and body temperature is quite high when I did not go to bathroom and bowel movement is changing. Some time there is severe pain in abdomen. Body is also dehydrated in these conditions. Hot air comes from nose and mouth.

Hi if you are not having thyroid problems than it's very easy to control your weight in this age. I just need to have diet plan and exercises in your daily routine. Even I have homeopathic medication for weight loss too. It will increase your body BMR. U Will feel energetic. U should include 5litre of water per day in your daily intake.

For Leg pain 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. we may need to start medications after personal consultation
