Well, you are in confusion then you have two options 1. Get pregnancy test done from her morning urine sample 2. She could take oral I - pills for contraception. Does disturbs timing of periods. 3. Ask your girl friend whether she knows that you ejaculated inside or outside.

Hi Actually I got my last periods on 6-11 april On 12 nd 13 I had an unprotected sex As ovulation takes 12to 14 days so at tht time I did not take a pill Again on 4th may a I had an unprotected sex And this month I skipped my periods On test I found positive results I do not want to b pregnant How can I abort Please help.

Dear user. ABORTIONS can be performed as early as an intra-uterine pregnancy can be identified by ultrasound, which is usually about 3-4 weeks after your Last Menstrual Period (LMP). In the first trimester, two options are available: Aspiration is done by a physician in the clinic or the Abortion Pill which you take at home. Do not take any decisions before consulting your gynecologist. Take care.

The Ultimate Pregnancy To-Do List: Third Trimester!

Pregnancy is a stage which needs to be cautiously enjoyed by all expectant mothers. The word ‘cautiously’ is used and stressed upon by medical practitioners because it is a period where two lives are at stake i.e the mother’s and the baby’s. Both their health and nutrition are of the utmost importance during this stage. In the third trimester, which includes the seventh, eighth and ninth month, when the delivery date is knocking on your doorstep, you should be more cautious than ever.

Some of the precautions to be taken during these months are listed below.
Seventh month

  1. By this time, the essential features of the baby, such as hands and legs are fully developed. In fact, the baby might just start moving and should be given some space. Thus, expectant women must be watchful of the weight they carry. At no cost must their spine be injured or hurt. This can be disastrous for both the mother and the baby.
  2. It is best to avoid stairs, if possible and certainly use the elevator for higher floors. In case you have to take the stairs, then holding the railings would give you the support you need. For physical exercises, you can go for a walk or just practice simple breathing exercises to keep you active.
  3. Extra sleep is required during this month; and that too on the left side. Sleeping on the right side should be avoided. This helps in smooth blood circulation.

Eighth month

  1. This month is crucial for the baby as it is nearing delivery. As an expectant mother you should be able to understand the signs your body gives you. It is best to avoid heavy weight lifting and too much of work. You should drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated all the time.
  2. Avoid dust, animal excretes and stale food is important as it might hinder the brain development of the unborn child.
  3. Overeating should be avoided.
  4. You must take a break from household chores.
  5. Exercises must be continued under supervision.
  6. Fish must be avoided as at times they contain mercury which is not good for the unborn baby.

Ninth month

  1. Travelling is a strict no-no during this month.
  2. You must decide on the process of the delivery—natural or C-section beforehand.
  3. Going for regular check-ups is mandatory.

These are some of the precautions which must be taken during the last three months of your pregnancy. It would ensure the good health and well-being of your baby as well as your own.

Hello sir, I got married on 29 Jan 2016 just I want to know that how many months it will take to get a pregnant to my wife and also we are not doing continuous sex because my job is far away to my home after 15 days I am coming to home for just 1 week. And that time only we are doing sex. So is it possible to get a pregnant sooner. That's it sir.

To get pregnant you need to have regular sex i. E. 3-4 times a week for one full year before you start seeking medical help. If you want to make her pregnant fast then you can follow this calender method. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26 days) minus 18 days = 8th day. The longest cycle (31 days) minus 10 days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.

Postures You Must Avoid During Pregnancy

Motherhood is a life transforming phase that all women look forward to. With the conception of a baby, a number of physiological and psychological changes take place within the mother’s body. Soon there will be a number of restrictions in the kind of food a mother a can consume, the activities that a mother can perform, the way she sleeps or sits. These restrictions are put so as to allow the baby to grow and develop safely. The restrictions prevent injuries and accidents that can be quite fatal to both mother and child.

Sitting Postures You Must Avoid

  1. Do not sit straight on the edge of the chair. Provide a support to your back.

  2. Do not sit in a way that pressurises only one side of your hips. Evenly distribute your weight when sitting down. Be comfortable.

  3. Do not sit at the same place and in the same position for extended time periods.

  4. Do not twist from your waist when you are sitting on a rotating chair. Instead, slowly move the chair along with your entire body to turn around.

Standing Postures You Must Avoid

  1. Avoid standing with your pelvis tilted forward or backward. You must stand straight with your stomach held in and up as much as possible.

  2. You must not slouch while standing.

  3. Do not stand in the same position for an extended period of time.

  4. Do not put your weight on one foot. Shift weight occasionally if your feet are hurting, but make sure to evenly distribute the weight.

  5. Do not bend too much backwards or forwards.

  6. Do not keep your head tilted down or sideways when you are standing. Look up, look straight.

Sleeping Postures You Must Avoid

  1. Lying on your stomach

  2. Sleeping with pillows under your shoulders. Pillows should only support your head.

  3. Do not sleep all curled up. Relax your feet and hands to allow the blood circulation to continue smoothly.

  4. Do not jerk up from your lying position. Turn to the side, swing your legs down to the side of the bed slowly and sit up using the support of your hands.

Activities You Must Avoid

  1. Hard core gyming

  2. Weightlifting

  3. Intense cardio

  4. Intense aerobics that include a lot of jumping

  5. Lifting heavy weighted objects

    1. Travelling by public transport on a jerky road.
