It is ideal for you to eat small quantities of nutritious food regularly to reduce your weight. It is ideal for you to include at least 30 to 45 minutes of exercise every day to see visible differences in weight. • Have a breakfast by 8:30 am in the morning and limit it to 250 to 300 calories. • Have a handful of nuts as a mid morning snack at 10:30 am • Have your lunch at 12.45 pm and make sure it is only a diet full of veggies and fruits. • At 2:30 pm have your afternoon snack that could be carrot sticks or apple with low fat peanut butter? • At 6 pm have the last meal of the day that includes a cup of vegetables before the meal? Then drink water and follow it with a cup of rice and lean meat.

My question is no matter how hard i do gym including weight training or cardio, i end up eating more and eventually weight is almost the same , and same is when i am not going to gym i eat less weight is same, hard to create a calorie deficit, what to do i don't want to do a hard diet or crash diet as earlier i was 103 kg then went down to 81 just since then its between 89-91, average stuck to 90kg.

Your BMI is 30.4. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly cornflakes or green tea don't cause weight loss. Secondly there are long gap between meals. If you are deciding to follow a restricted diet to lose weight understand that it will mostly be muscle loss. Do try to do some form of workout. In case you are having an early you can have milk, curd, salad, nuts late at night.

Hi eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. You can't target a single body part. You need to work on overall fat loss and toning. No isolated food can make you gain or lose weight so switching to brown rice is not needed. Just eat single pounded or unpolished rice. It's fine. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Take salad before meals. Do regular exercise. If you are non vegetarian include egg white, lean meat, and fish in your diet. Twice in a month). Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals. 1] Avoid fast food, oily food, packaged food, junk food, ice-cream, soft drinks, sweets , bakery items, rice and potato. 2] Eat a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. 3] Do not drink water immediately after meal. You can take it after an hour. 4] Do not lie down soon after meal. Have a walk after it. 5] Do not sleep in the after noon. 6] Take a glass of lukewarm water with a spoon of old honey and some lemon juice in the morning. 7] Consume old grains as new grains tend to increase weight. 8] Have brisk walking daily at least once. 9] Do not sit long. Take a break and walk for some time in between work. 10] Drink plenty of water and eat more salads and green vegetables.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Your symptoms seems to be of PCOD.so get check your fasting serum insulin and get sonography done. Take Ashwagandharisht twice a day...its very effective.or Take aloe vera juice without added sugar twice a day.

You do medical check up if you are suffering from hypothyroidism or any other health related problem. Eat small amount of foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice, fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits. Use small amount of unrefined foods. Eat extra protein for weight loss. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water after meals. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups, sit ups, squat. These gonna help you.

Please do treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment. Please take Natrum phos 6x - 4 tabs twice daily for acidity.

Dear Lybrate user, You need to find out few levels of hormones like thyroid. If you have already checked which are in normal levels. You need to work on hour diet .eat every two hours to increase your metabolic rate. You need to workout. Remember discipline plays a very important role in loosing weight. Managing stress is equally important you can learn some techniques or simple breathing in and out with awareness will play a vital role.

Take luke warm water with lemon juice empty stomach. Take aloe vera juice with luke warm water early morning nd post dinner. Have plenty of salad. Take papaya. Do brisk walk daily.

Dear lybrate user! reducing weight is an easy thing, you no need to worry about it. 1. On waking taking some fruits or nuts. 2. Take food for every two hours, eat in small quantity 3. Eat foods like nuts, fruits, fresh vegetables like cucumber, carrot. 4. Avoid eating after 7 pm, finish your dinner by 2 hrs before bedtime. 5. Walk or exercise daily for 45 minutes. 6. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible.
