I am sadhiya. A mother of 2 kids. I am 28 years old. I want to reduce weight. As I am 66 kgs. I go gym regularly, but just from 3 months have started and I have reduced just 2 kgs. I equally eat very less as compared to before. Only chapatis. Vegetable, oats, wheat bread with tea or coffee, that too without sugar. I am just getting frustrated, doing so much and just reduced 2 kgs in 3 months of work out and diet. I want to be 58 kgs. As I was only 55 during my college days. My height is 5.3. Kindly let me know, why am I not reducing more, as others target 1 kg a week and are successful. Then why not me. Kindly answer. I generally do cardio exercises.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello, you r obeased by 10 kg, approx. Go for a brisk walk in d morning, cycling, playing badminton, gardening. Go for aerobic exercise for abdominal muscle. Your diet b simple, non- irritant, easily digestible and of course on time. Avoid, junk food, caffiene, non veg, fried, spicy intake, cookies, pizza, burger. Tk homoeo medicine: @ fucus vas q-20 drops, with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water 1/2 an hr before each meal. Tk, care.

I have been working in night shifts since 2012. I generally sleep at around 4 am everyday. However I frequently wake during my sleep. Sir actually my friend is loosing weight at a fast rate. He is not able to sleep properly at night as his grandfather is unwell also he is facing the problem of nightfall he is very tensed abut this thing and he feels giddiness everytym he stand up he is frequently facing one issue or the other. We have consulted with so many of doctors but no one is able to give us exact cure. Please help us as he can not leave his grandfather in this condition but he is stressed too over his sleep matters. There is a constant headache and heaviness he faces.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A NIGHT FALL / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hello, Walking is the best exercise ever for pregnancy and weight management. Even if pregnant,ensure the craving for junk,oily,sweet food is limited. Be active and stick to a disciplined diet routine. Avoid excess of soda,salt,sugar,Maida based products. In latter stages you can also consider doing prenetal yoga asanas under a professional guidance. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits and vegetables.

It is basically lifestyle hormonal disorder, found in most of the females now a days, if not controlled it might be dangerous. Its is hormonal disturbances causing multiple small cysts in ovaries causing irregular periods, excessive hair growth on body, weight gain, thyroid and diabetes in later stages if not controlled. So one need to do regular exercise for weight loss, take adequate nutritious diet including fruits vegetables and low fat dairy products. Quit coffee, canned and fried food. Along with this take medicine to control thyroid.

Dear user, burning more calories that you take is the best way to lose weight. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Go for swimming, gardening, jogging, skipping, cycling. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Hi. Thanks for the query. You need to go for a personalised plan. Singular foods .crash diets. Over exercising will only cause weight gain and further thyroid gland issues. Please take the right guidance and don't get attracted to shprt cuts like slim tea etc. Right weight loss does not happen in a jiffy.
