If you are Exclusively breast feeding your baby please do not attempt weight loss now, may be after 3 months you can try. Still a suggestion avoid junk, sugar, sweets,fried food. For detail Diet Consultation connect.

Start by making sure you get enough sleep. Do what you can to relieve stress in your life -- especially just before bedtime. Try new sleeping positions if you sleep on your back. And be sure to see your doctor if it routinely prevents you from getting a good night's sleep.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

Please avoid all factory made foods including bread, biscuits, white sugar, refined oil, packed milk and all milk products. Minimise intake of wheat and rice based foods. Increase intake of fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds, sprouts. Have lower intake of salt. Prefer not eating outside food totally. Have lukewarm water with amla juice & giloy juice in morning. A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 30 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach…. B) eat 10 gm of AJOVA SEEDS along with 5 gm of jiggery after meals…. C) do regularly VAJRASANA, SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. THANKS.

Will intermittent fasting helps in loose weight and balance hormones? Should it be beneficial in pcos.
Obesity affects women more than it does men, and as discussed above IF can seriously (and safely) boost weight loss. Contrary to popular relief, IF does not just increase weight loss due to a decrease in overall calories (this also helps), but also works on a hormonal level. In fact, studies show that it is much harder to consume the “normal” amount of calories on a non-fasting (feast) day than it is to actually fast on a “fast” day. Imagine that… women finding it challenging to eat enough! When we fast, levels of circulating insulin are lowered which facilitates fat burning, while human growth hormone (HGH) increases, also aiding in both fat burning and muscle gain. More norepinephrine is sent to our fat cells, signaling them to break down body fat, which is then burned for energy. Simply put, fasting decreases our fat-storing hormones and increases our fat burning ones.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…

Hi lybrate-user, Follow these guidelines: 1. Be physically active for about 45-60 mins/day. Take the stairs instead of lift when you have an option. 2. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Do not skip meals to lose weight as it would slow down the metabolism rate and the body would be slow to burn the calories when you consume food next time 3. Drink at least 3-4 liters of water throughout the day which would help in efficient metabolism of stored fat and also helps to flush out the toxins from the body. 4. Drink green tea as it contains metabolism enhancing antioxidants and avoid sugary foods and drinks. 5. Consuming fruits, veggies and carbs that contain more fiber is always a good idea to promote satiety. 6. Include good amounts of proteins in the diet. Opt for lean meats rather than organ meats. If your a vegetarian include soy products and low fat dairy products. 7. Avoid preservatives and processed foods, junk and fatty foods. Limit the intake of salt. These steps would help you in losing your excess weight.

Sir, I have more belly fat and I am unable to open my shirt in front of my friends also. So kindly suggest what I have to do for getting it fit. I have approached one slimming center, they are asking 30K for non surgical lipo, is it really helps to me. And my weight is 80 kgs and also having gastric and acidity problem and using rabonik DSR. without that tablet I am getting more burn inside my stomach, I have to use it for my life time or there is any permanent solution for that.
