Sir its been 2 years and now you can start with exercise otherwise weight will keep on increasing we provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation.

To reduce weight do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squat,plank.Eat small amount food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Eat lots of watery fruits like watermelon,dab water,orange,cucumber and others.Eat watery vegetables like celery,spinach,cabbage,cauliflower.Eat more protein for weight loss.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Lead an active life and stay stress free.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi good to know that you are keen on losing the excess body weight. But your description about your condition is incomplete in many aspects including any tests done and any medicines you are already taking. Just saying I want to reduce my fat cannot help a dietitian give you a scientific advice. For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief. The real need for weight loss is purely motivation from your end. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets available on the internet which even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Avoid falling for such tall claims and opt for a slow and steady weight loss.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hello, Post fever weakness could be a complain. Have high proteins, vitamins and minerals in the diet ie fresh fruits, greens, milk and its products. Rest could still be important . Warm liquids might help you better.

Hi, I have severe stretch marks in lower belly portion. I am also becoming fatter day to days although I am eating less amount of food. Are the stretch marks the effect of fat belly. Lybrate-user if you are getting fat day to day it may be because wrong selection of food. Eating less won't help you. Eating right food at right time in right quantity will help in losing body fat. Yes, the stretch marks could be the result of body fat & skin loosening. Lemon juice in luke warm water will help in loosing fat avoid honey. To lose body fat, use this simple tips: avoid fried, packed, processed, fried food. Avoid food with high fat content. Take 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables daily. Eat freshly prepared, less calorie home made food. Avoid alcohol. Exercise (walk/jog/swim/yog) for 30-40 mins daily. Sleep for 6-7 hours daily. Learn meditation.

I have done my breast implants 10 year back, now I am unable to go for surgery again please tell me is it necessary to do it again or I have to take any medicine.

The life of implants is about 10 years. The companies generally give a warranty for 1 year. But implants can last much longer. It would be pertinent if you get mammography or ct scans done every 1-2 years. They can detect a leak sometimes. Leak and capsular contracture are hte only problems in the long run. Notice if there is a change in breast shape and that may be an indication. Breast enlargement. Silicone implants are the gold standard world over, very short operative procedure with very gratifying results. The creams and capsules have never actually worked, but since every one is not immediately ready for surgery so the companies use these gimmicks to market their products. If there is lack of substance then augmentation with a silicone implant is the best choice and a gold standard procedure. Sure do that. It will help. In addition - avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time.

Hello, You need more of even distrubtion of fat overall rather weight loss. Take high protein and fiber diet and do core abdominal exercises everyday. Your weight should not hinder your pregnancy,but it always better to keep overall fat percentage on the lower side.

Liposuction is a surgical procedure of removing stubborn fat bulges from the body. Age is not a major consideration with liposuction as long as your skin is firm and elastic. Else, your skin may begin to sag in places from where the fat has been removed.

The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.
