Hello lybrate-user, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv whenever you are hungry. Take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruites. Avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Try to take complex carbs in your diet. Add bran in wheat flour/ use multi grain flour. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses/ day). Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. It will help you definitely.

eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week or whenever you get time. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. T pentaphyt p5 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Bhrungarajasav 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Here are 10 more tips to lose weight even faster: Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day (16, 17). Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight (18, 19). Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months (20). Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list). Certain foods are very useful for losing fat. Here is a list of the 20 most weight loss-friendly foods on earth. Eat soluble fiber. Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements like glucomannan can also help (21, 22). Drink coffee or tea. If you're a coffee or tea drinker, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine can in them boost your metabolism by 3–11% (23, 24, 25). Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones (26, 27). Weigh yourself every day. Studies show that people who weigh themselves every day are much more likely to lose weight and keep it off for a long time (28, 29). Get a good night's sleep, every night. Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is important (30).

Do not use medicines, start doing surya pranaam to lose belly fat. Start doing ushapan, means drink luke warm water when you wake up, and drink 3 to 4 liters water in a day, your fat will start flushing through urine, don't eat after sunset, start walking and jogging, avoid sugar and processed food also.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

FACIAL EXERCISES Place your fingers on your cheeks so that you can feel the movement better. Hold the position for five seconds. Then relax your face and repeat the exercise two times. The next exercise will help you to get rid of chubby cheeks Face Exercise #1 Sit up straight and drop your lower jaw. Now, push your jaw outwards, as far as it will go until you feel a tension build up in your cheeks, near your ears. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then draw your jaw inwards. Repeat this exercise 10 times. Face Exercise #2 With your mouth closed, smile as wide as you can without parting your lips. Hold for 10 seconds and then relax your lips. Repeat this exercise 10 times. Face Exercise #3 Stretch out your neck as far behind as it will go. Then, without changing the position of your head, open mouth and then close it slowly feeling the tension build in the muscles of your neck and lower chin. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 5 times. Face Exercise #4 When sitting upright, stick your tongue out and try to reach your chin with the tip of your tongue. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then release. Repeat this exercise 10 times. You should feel a slight tug just under the apples of your cheeks. The effectiveness of these face exercises increased nearly tenfold when combined with a moderated, well-balanced dietary regime. You can ask me personally any further doubts.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
