Due to weakness of muscle so strength exercise but firstly tk muscle relaxant medicine and heat fermentation and rest then start but gradually process.

Hi. My father is 55 years of age. He's suffering from acute pain in his chest, abdomen, back. The pattern of pain is such that it starts from the ribs below armpit towards centre of chest. Sometimes it starts around naval portion. Sometimes it goes on the back. Pain killer meftal spas doesn't work now. His tests are normal including ct, x ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, ECG, ecco etc. I'm confused he's suffering from last 4 months. He has lost 18 KGS of weight. What to do now? Doctors say its gastritis grade 1. But the pain is very strong. And no medicine is working. Suggest me something. Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for very well describing your case. As you saud you done ecg and 2d echo tests. You should also do treadmill cardiac stress test. It is a common and simple test. It will tell us whether this pain is related to heart blockages or not. And you should take good medicines for the gastritis. Let me know what are the medicines you are taking now. Take care.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Either it's plantar fascitis or tenonitis... Calcium deficiency can also cause pain in lower limbs. She should start taking calcium tablets atleast daily

Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Hi, you hv not mentioned your age. Certain associated symptoms r required to b taken into account to start your treatment in homoeopathy. R you better in absolute rest or when you r mobile? however take under noted homoeo medicines if available at your end: @ rhus 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Sir, at your age it would be osteo-arthritis of knees. It is age related degenerative disease of bones so'generic vitamin' would be of no use. Rather than it please do regular massage over knees with any herbal pain reliever oil (lukewarm) at least two times a day followed by hot fomentation. This will increase the lubrication in the joint, your flexibilty will be improved and pain will also subside. Continue this for atleast 10 days. Avoid crossed leged sitting. Please update with your feedback.

Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out her problem. These types of problems are may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

For chest pain. Do x-ray and consult with physician. For back and knee pain do hot fermentation and stretching exercise of back and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time. If it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment must.

I have got a swollen knee, didn't pay much attention  before, but now feel a little pain while sitting down.
Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem.
