I have toothache since last night. I have used painkillers but yet not cured. What should I do?

I have toothache since last night. I have used painkillers but yet not cured. What should I do?
Teeth pain may be due to various reasons like infection, sensitivity or trauma. If your teeth is decayed it is better to get it filled or treated by a dentist. If you are opting for root canal treatment do not forget to get a crown on the effected tooth. If you want to go for only medicinal treatment so let me tell you only medicine are not going to be very effective untill you get this treated by a dentist.

Brushing too fast and hard can wear down enamel.
Hold a soft-bristle brush at 45-degree angle to your gums and move it back
and forth in short, gentle strokes, about the distance of one tooth

My tooth pains due to food lodging. Do I need filling in tooth or some ointment can heal.

Once cavity starts it can't be stopped. Its a progressive process. Get an x-ray done to know about the extent of the cavity. If its superficial then go for filling. Or if pulp is exposed then you need to go for rct. Rinse properly after every meal. Rinse mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash.

Smell from my mouth ever while I take brush daily and cleanly what should I do?
Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. Kindly consult a physician & dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Available in multiple flavours, the nylon (or multifilament) floss is composed of many strands of nylon, but it has a tendency of getting torn between teeth with tight contact points. Although if used properly, it works excellently while removing plaque and debris.

Teeth can be whitened either by professional cleaning n polishing or by bleaching.(depending on the intensity of whiteness you want). Generally cleaning with polishing should help. But if you are looking at brightness, then bleaching should do good.
