Sometimes it feels like something is coming out of my throat. Can you explain what the problem is.
sputum is coming out from your throat due to cold and throat infection. Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, cold drinks. Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. cbc, x-ray chest. X-ray P.N.S. ..after tests consult again for best advice.

Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein-take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

My age is 18. I belongs to a family consisting father mother and sister. I am always a good student and with few extra curricular activities like writing literature. Dancing singing listening music etc. But my family environment has become worse and worse. It started deteriorating from when I was 11. My father is very male dominating. Bad behaviour, shouting, using slangs in short temper and beating my sister, me and my mother. He insults us every minute. He continued his extra marital affair from 5 years. My hatred towards him is increasing day by day. My mother is silent from past years for any unknown reason (she says she does not want to get insulted more by neighbours). I cannot study I cannot concentrate my mind though my higher secondary exam is near. I just want to kill him. I am not a girl to bear this immorality any more. I am becoming a mentally retarded person. I am always a good student and don't want to lose my future in this way. please suggest me something.

Dear friend, you are in a very difficult situation and I feel your anger and frustration. It is understandable that in such a stressful situation how difficult it must be for you to focus on your studies. I am remembering what victor franklin discovered when he was in a nazi camp and inhuman experiments were done on him each day. During those moments he realized that no matter what is being done to him he has a freedom to choose his response. He remained strong despite of all adversity and also helped his fellow men to stay strong as well. I see you in the similar position. You are young and can't leave your family right now. No matter how hard it is you need to focus on your studies and excel so that you finish your school with good grades. After that enter into a good professional school and have a good career. Right now you need to be totally self centered and take good care of yourself. Until you become independent you need to keep focusing on you and your well being. Once you are financially independent then you will be able to help your mother and sister both so hat they can also have a good life. So please keep this long term goal in front of you, and plan and work towards your goal each day. As you are in a lot of stress I will recommend few things below for you to learn to manage your stress. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your exams. Along with this physical exercise is one of the best way to relieve stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Add salad in both lunch and dinner if you can that will also help. If you want to talk or need any further help please feel free to contact me. Hair fall caused by stress lack of proper nutrition use of hair cosmetics dyeing of hair avoid junk food any scalp diseases after acute illness baldness take nutritious food reduce your stress by taking rest, meditation, playing outdoor games use good conditioning shampoo wash your hair properly at least twice a week get treated for any dandruff r scalp disease take preventive treatment for baldness.

Dear, take, homoeo medicine. @ mezerium 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ jaborandyq -20 drops, apply on scalp mixed with coco nut oil. Take, plenty of water to keep your scalp moist, and to eliminate toxins as well. Take protein shampoo. Please, report fortnightly.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

I am a SMOKER and take 5-8 cigrate a day. But on the other hand I do yoga and deep breathing exercises every morning and after that have a cup of green tea. By doing all these I feel myself very much active through out the day and don't feel any kind of drowsiness or felling of sickness as many of my smoker friends feel. So my question is that. whether I am capable enough to eliminate the adverse effects of smoking by all these sort of exercises.

Hello. Good that you take green tea and practice yoga and breathing exercise to keep yourself fit. As far as smoking is concerned, it has adverse effects on health. Practice yoga keeping in mind to overcome the smoking habit gradually.
