I am suffering from loose motion from last two days, I had taken ORS solution but not relieved. So please give some name of tablets, and tell me can I eat banana and maggi at this time.

You maybe suffering from acute gasteroenteritis. It could be caused by food poisoning or viral or bacterial infection. You need to keep your body hydrated by drinking isotonic fluids like ors. You can take anti diarrhea medicine and anti vomiting medicine. If your symptoms persist, you will need to do blood tests and stool tests. You should take some soups or porridges like rice soup or porridge with added salt to supplement the lost fluid from your body. Natural fruit juices and coconut water is also very good to regain the electrolytes and fluids that are lost due to vomiting and diarrhea. Please consult in private for your prescription.

At this age, I would wonder why you do not have the urge. It could mean that your testosterone levels have not had a spurt and therefore the sexual agenda and appetite have not been triggered. Maybe you have a delayed response to the hormone. So if you wait for some time, it is likely to get stimulated and then your sexual urges and libido will likely spurt.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Night Fall. 1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue,sexual problem like erectile dysfunction,premature ejaculation,testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular exercise for 1 hour daily 2.Avoid stress,anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind,control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables,fruits (onion,garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy,oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk,tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8.Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9.Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind,read good books before going to sleep 10.Masturbation once in a while will control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12.Consult sexologist for further advice

simple ways for a restful sleep 1. Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m., or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3. Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

It's not all that easy process to become pregnant..may be u hv sex in her safe period....may be she has an ovulatory mens..may be u hv lack of sperm or sperm motility...there are soo mny factors...
