Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Weight loss cannot be achieved without physical exercise. Furthermore exercising aids in flushing out the toxins accumulated in your body, improves oxygen carrying capacity of the blood, thereby improving circulation and improving your immunity and resistance power, thus reducing the inflammation. If you want radiant skin, the old adage 'you are what you eat' has never been more . Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone.

Steroid abuse: this cream contains few harmful ingredients and hence it may cause a lot of unwanted side effects like irritation, hair growth on face, thinning of skin, wrinkles on face, pimples and even steroid dependence. You should stop using it immediately. If your skin has become addicted to it, leave it gradually. Apply alternate days for a week, then twice a week for next week and then stop. Never use any over the counter cream on your face without consulting your dermatologist.

Hi I advice you to take more rice mainly basmati, take kichdi 3 days/ week, mix vegetables including potato, dal, protien like fish, chicken, 2 eggs any one at lunch. Chapati/ porotha, curd, cheese, ice cream, porridge, add ghee, butter on every meal. Banana, other fruits 3 pcs. Kheer, milk are all helpful. Sleep min 8 hrs. No stress, for breast growth you need good quality protien non veg&. Veg. Also you would v after marriage, child birth dye due hormonal factors. So no worries.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste...apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep. This is one of the major reasons for sagging of skin 5.Be relaxed and avoid tension 6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. 7.Don?t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. 8. When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Your skin ?breathes? through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Hello yeah hair damages because of prolong use of helmet.. For hairfall you can use minotress solution 5 % on scalp two times per day for 3 months. Trilast hair solution at night time for 3 months. use Triclenz shampoo or hair 4 u for regular use. Include protein rich food, green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits n juices in ur diet.drink 2-3 lit water,n daily 45 min exercise. thanx

Mix two tablespoons of fresh cucumber juice and one tablespoon of lime juice. Add a pinch of turmeric to it. Mix it well and apply it on the affected skin. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it off with water.

You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. Your breast size can significantly depend on the presence or absence of certain hormones in your body. While the presence of male hormones like testosterone can impede breast growth, absence of estrogen can also reduce breast development and leave you with small, underdeveloped breasts. The best way to overcome this is to eat foods rich in estrogen. Excess levels of estrogen in the body would regulate the hormonal levels and help you achieve bigger breasts in a short span of time. Some of the best natural sources of estrogen include chicken head soup, anise seeds, soy foods, vegetables, legumes, fruits, eggs, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds etc. Certain exercises like pushups, wall pushups, bench presses, chest presses and chest compressions can help in breast enlargement. These exercises involve the movement of the arms and shoulders, which will tone the skin and muscle tissues in and around the breast area. This in turn will make your breasts firmer and appear larger. Do these exercises daily for at least 30 minutes. To be sure you are doing them correctly, seek professional advice from a gym instructor or trainer. Massage helps in two ways. Use natural oils like olive oil or almond oil to massage your breasts. Rub the oil between your palms for two to three minutes to generate heat. Place your hands on your breasts and rub inwards, continuing around your breasts in a circular direction. Do a minimum of 100 to 300 circular rubs in the morning and again before going to bed. Follow this remedy twice daily for one or two months to get positive results. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Try to apply shree tulsi and aloe vera gel of imc. On the spotted skin twice daily and chlorine does not react like this. Still if you hv any kind of irritation while swimming consult your coach and doctor both.

Hello, Recommending you homoeopathic medicines which are quite effective against Tinea Versicolor (take this along with management part) - Bacillinum 200/ one dose once a week and Chrysarobinum 30/ thrice daily for 20 days. Revert me back there after. Self care measures for Tinea Versicolor: Avoid applying oily products to your skin. Avoid wearing tight, restrictive clothing. Avoid excessive heat and sweating. Always wear sun block lotion when exposed to sun. Eat a balanced healthy diet. Adhere to good hygiene. Garlic is a very good antifungal agent.
