I am 24. And I am working. And am having severe insomnia from couple of months. First I thought its happening for a period but it kept continuing. I try sleeping every night and wake up at the same time between 3 to 4.and do not get sleep afterwards. I feel extremely tired in the morning due to lack of sleep and unable to work. But I have force myself, and because of this am losing my appetite, I am losing hair, and having constant headaches. Please help, am too busy rn to visit a doctor.

I have been operated for brain tumours in 2012, in 2013 again operated for the same and kidney tumors, I had recovered, in 20150 it started pain in my back and hips, the doctor asked me for spinal mri and its found multiple internal tumors in my spinal cord, I have been operated for it on 11 January 2016, now I have pain in my thig and hips but well than last months, please tell me how much time it take to reduce my pain?

Mr. Lybrate-user, it depends on how many tumors were there at the time of surgery, and how many could be removed. Typically nerve (radicular) pain takes a few weeks to months to be relieved of, inspite of using appropriate drugs.

Hi, lack of energy could be owing to a host of reasons--nutrient deficiencies, sporadic sleep cycles, under-eating and subsequently overeating, dehydration, skipping breakfast to name only a few reasons. To regain energy, ensure you drink ample water through the day and that your meals are wholesome and complete and that your daily diet includes fruits and fresh vegetables. Hope this helps.

Hi I have recently rejoined gym after a month. What should be pre and post diet for same. I generally take mango shake or banana shake before work out and glucond during work out. And post work out I usually have dinner or lunch depending on time of work out. I want to gain weight.

Hye. During the first one to two hours after your workout, you should eat a meal rich in carbohydrates and protein. The carbohydrates will help replenish your energy, and the protein will help rebuild muscle that has been broken down during your workout, especially if you are doing resistance training. Examples of post-workout meals include chicken with rice and cooked vegetables or an egg sandwich on whole-grain bread or roti with light chutney and vegetables. Immediately within 15 minutes of workout you can whip up a fruit milk shake to refuel your body. It is important to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration while working out. If you are exercising for more than an hour at a time, lime juice may be a good idea to replace electrolytes lost during sweating. Glucon d is only sugar which is not ideal. You need to replenish electrolytes.

Peripheral neuropathy is a neurological condition in which our nerve fibers got damaged. As a result patient develop tingling, burning, pricking or some other painful symptoms over feet and hands, some time whole body. In some type of neuropathies, limbs become numb or patient is not able to feel any sensation of pain, heat, cold over there body parts. In some rare type of neuropathy the limbs (hands and feet become weak and thin). Usually it not that serious problem if you take care on beginning of symptoms.

Hi, I am 20 years old I have masturbated only 10-12 times so far but I am suffering from night fall for past 3 yrs. Night fall occurs for every 20-23 days. Now I feel temptation of knuckles in my right hand but not in left. If I try to keep my hand straight parallel to the ground it seems like my little finger and middle finger shivering slightly. It's absolutely an anxiety in yourself. Otherwise nothing else. Develope your confidence. Doing masturbation carry no loss in power. Can you reply me a person who is having more then 10-13children in lifetime coming from his semen. Do they fatigue till last I say never. A human can have sex till his life ends. I was ill and unhealthy for last 3 months. At starting it was fever, abdominal pain and weakness. At the same I worried a lot about my health as I feet several muscle pain, numbness on hand and feet. Along with professional and some personal stress were there. Sometimes I felt palpitations and light headed. Once it was severe. I have tested all sort of blood test, thyroid, urine and ECG. All are normal. Doc said it is a kind of anxiety disorder. All I worry for my health till now as I feel numbness, neck pain, and sometimes indigestion and sleeping problem. I was taking metpure xl for last 20 days. But the things are not changed. Now another doctor prescribe panazep 12.5. Please suggest something to improve my sleep and mild neck pain. Now a friend suggest me to take supragya plus (from athayurdhama, ayurvedic medicine. Dear sir /ma'am anyone ayurvedic specialist, pls suggest about the product looking at my symptoms.

I lost my someone special a month ago due to which I cannot sleep properly and I have headache too. Perhaps I became an insomniac which is very bad for my health, maybe. Day by day I am losing my weight too, a month ago I had a bulkier muscle but these days it is getting decreased. Actually I am getting thin. May be I should not tell you but as you are a doctor I frankly say that these days I am addicted tomasturbation. I do this twice a day. So suggest me some better advise to get back my proper health and leave off my addiction.
