I'm usually a calm person but past two years anger issues started last 6 months whenever I get angry at someone I imagine of slapping them and hurting them in my mind but I won't react and now if I say something and people around me get annoyed or irritated of what I say I get angry on myself and beat myself and most of the time I try to control my anger just talk to myself like "what's wrong with me why people around me get irritated for a simple mistake I do etc. And sometimes when I think of all these things I start to cry I don't know what to do.

First of all take 20 ml ERAND TEL of Dabur in a cup of milk. Repeat twice a week. In between take 1 cup milk and add 1 tsp of Patanjali Almond oil. After two weeks report and ask next schedule for six months. Milk at night only with oils.

I would advise you to get a mammogram and a breast usg done. And then consult a doctor with the results. Pain may be related to infection. If the above results are normal a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories may help.

Hello ,optimal health required 4 basics. 1. Good nutritional food 2. Adequate rest 3. Peace of mind or no heavy pressure. 4. Physical exercise. If all of the above are in time, you no need to worry about your health. I can understand your pimple problems, pls dont touch your face many times in a day, and dont pinch your pimples. Wash your face with gentle soap or cream, use soft towel. Concentrate on your diet. Add omega-3 into your diet. See our body has two types of fats, omega-6 and omega-3. And o6: 03 ratio would be 5: 1. But our diet only have omega 6 from our excess amount of oil. So that ratio is increasing like 100: 2 or 200: 1. Only source of omega-3 is deep cold water fish or some other plant sources. Highest form of omega-3 will be from food supplements. Let me know if I can help you with that. Benefits of omega-3 1. Your skin will get a good color, any dark marks on your face will be cured in a 2 months time. 2. Brain functioning will improve. 3. It will balance your fat level in your body according to omega6 4. Hye. Thank you for your query. To get started, find the right muscles. To identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easiest to do them lying down at first. Perfect your technique. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row. When your muscles get stronger, try doing kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking. Maintain your focus. For best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises. Repeat 3 times a day. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. Don't make a habit of using kegel exercises to start and stop your urine stream. Some studies show it could cause a bladder infection.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. One of the common doubt my diabetic people ask me about drinking whole milk or low fat milk... let me clear the doubt in scientific way..

In fact, there are good reasons to believe that whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cream, and high-fat cheeses may be better for you than their low-fat alternatives.

Reason #1:  Saturated fat is not harmful to your health

Reason #2:  Low-fat and non-fat dairy products are higher in casein

Casein is a very sticky protein in milk that is quite difficult for humans to digest.  Milk proteins are designed to nourish baby cows, who are outfitted with a special enzyme (rennet) that can break apart casein. Humans do not make rennet, which is one of the reasons why dairy products can cause constipation and other digestive problems.

Reason #3:  Low-fat and non-fat dairy products are higher in whey

Whey proteins raise blood insulin levels just as much as pure sugar does.  Even though lactose, the sugar that naturally occurs in milk, has a low “glycemic index” and therefore does not raise blood sugar very much, whey proteins trigger big insulin spikes in body and destabilize blood sugar and hormone levels, lead to carbohydrate cravings, fatigue, mood swings, and obesity.

Reason 4:  High-fat dairy products contain less protein

This means that people who have dairy protein sensitivities may tolerate them better.  People who have trouble with dairy foods are almost always reacting either to milk carbohydrate (lactose intolerance) or milk proteins (dairy allergy and sensitivity), not to dairy fat. This is why many dairy-sensitive individuals are able to eat butter and heavy cream, which are extremely low in protein.

Reason #5:  High-fat dairy products taste better

They improve the flavor, digestibility, and absorption of foods and are more satisfying, therefore you may find yourself naturally eating less.

Bottom line:  The lower the fat content, the higher the protein content

People who consume the most high-fat dairy products, have a 23-percent lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes than people who have one serving or less but there was no association between intake of low-fat dairy products and lowered type 2 diabetes risk.

Keep in mind that, you choose unsweetened varieties, since sugar and other refined carbohydrates raise insulin levels and disturbs blood sugar levels.
And MODERATION is the key for all the food .

b) If you have non obesity related diabetes, then appetite suppression will help you eat better and stop you from eating foods or untimely snacks that may contribute to blood sugar issues.
