You probably require a scaling done. Deposits and plaque in the mouth can cause bad breath. Brush twice daily, floss, use non alcohol containing mouth wash. Clean your tongues upper and side surfaces daily. Some medications can cause saliva output to decrease and worsen bad breath. And obviously some foods too like onion and garlic!

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of holes will definately help you to remove the holes and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from holes & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration (making of new skin ) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily . It has vitamins that provide sufficient nutrition to the skin. You can drink a glass of carrot juice daily . * Drink 1/2 lime juice daily . It contains vitamin C good for your skin. * Drink a glass of milk with one teaspoon of MALTOVA POWDER daily at night . * Do jogging for 5 minutes daily .Increase the time of jogging daily with one to two minutes . It increase circulation and flow more blood towards the holes and make them heal earlier . * Do neck massage with oil in upward motion. * For apply on holes do these methods on your face so do this method stepwise : • Steam your face for 3 to 4 minutes . Use antidandruff shampoo daily. Use keshkanti oil from ramdev at bedtime it is really effective do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet keralego eva daily for six months.

Hello- weight loss can be due to improper digestion and less sleep hours. Try these tips to increase your weight- a) avoid fast food and spicy diet an increase dairy products in diet. B) eat diet prescribed for indians that is dal-chawal-sabji and roti, do not try to follow western routine by reading some article on magazine or internet. C) sleep at least 8-10 hours daily. D) use these ayurvedic medicines- shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily with 1/2 cup milk. Lasunadi vati 1 tab twice chyawanprash rasayana 1 tsp in the morning empty stomach use sheer bala tail daily body massage for 15 minutes. You will see the results in one weeks time.

Hi, First before washing hair apply oil in the morning or previous night.Don't use anti-dandruff shampoos at all bcoz this will increase the amount of dandruff and hairfall. Don,t eat too spicy and oily food.Include salads in diet and fruits. Take Biohair liquid (Bioforce AG) 10drops in 1/4th cup of water ,drink twice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Use Arnica Hair "N" Scalp Shampoo (WHEEZAL) Apply gently into wet hair and scalp and rinse thoroughly.Wash hair twice a week. Use Arnica hair treatment(WHEEZAL) Apply required amount on scalp and hair previous day before hair wash. Revert back

. Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

No it will not decrease milk but sometimes if baby gets used to artificial nipple may not like to go back to original. You must have many boiled nipple shields ready for avoiding infection.

Dear Please drink at least one glass of water every 2 hours. Lack of water can cause acidity leading to migraine. Also, make sure you are eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, chewing the food properly. When there is undigested, oily, preservative rich, un-natural an stale food in the diet, it leads to acidity. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
