Lalit your weight is a little in excess in proportion to your height you require early morning exercises. Secondly surya namaskar exercise will surely help in all above aspects. As far as low blood pressure is concerned it requires no medicine. You should increase your daily fluid intake. So that you will feel fresl and energetic thanks.

I am 25 year male. I am having feeling my back stressed most of time since almost 2 months. And almost from the same time I having some pain at exit point of anus after having done with stool that pain will last for 10-15 mins. I wnet to the doctor for the pain he gave me ointment it works well but sometimes it still pains. And from I am feeling like some what weak as whenever I am climbing stairs my heart beat becomes slightly higher and feeling exhaust some time whenever I go out. I do not know this is happing because of anxiety or is it really a problem.

Dear Depak, Please write the diagnosis which the doctor made after examining you so that i may be able to catch up. Climbing stairs will raise the heat beating rate in any person. Feeling exhausted whenever you go out also may be a natural reaction of your body needing rest. With continued use of ointment your pain may subside, your back may relax.Please wait.

Dear lybrateuser, at your age it is quite unlikely that you have a heart problem. -have eno salt after meal & an antacid tablet. -get yourself investigated & checked up by a doctor to know the exact causeof the pain& take proper treatment for it.

Prevention is the mantra, eat in moderation, exercise in moderation and reduce stress. No smoking or exposure to pollution. No stress. Moderate exercise. Basic tests for heart done like halter and ecg and blood for sugar and lipids get back here with reports. You will get more guidance from any of us here on the forum.

Hello start moving more. Physical activity for 45 min daily will help a lot. A balanced meal that includes whole grains, fruits or vegetables, and healthy sources of protein like sprouts eggs will keep you satisfied for longer and make you less likely to nibble. Never skip any meals. Keep sipping water include more of veggies.

My mom had three blockage in heart artery.Angioplasty has done on 14 march 2015.Chest pain has gone off.Is she now safe ?

Angioplasty has improved circulation in the arteries supplying the heart muscles. She is definitely safe and can do her normal routines. But remember she must continue her medicines prescribed by her cardiologists. She also must improve her life style to a healthy one so that further she does not develop the same. Because the effect is removed but not the cause. She shall have to remove the cause by: 1) Exercise - Aerobics - Brisk Walking is the best and most easily adoptable aerobic - for 40 minutes daily. Her weight should be keep in the healthy limit of BMI 23-24 Kg / Mtr Square. 2) Dietary Management - Avoid Oily food, fast food, Sweet, Sugar, fried food, No tobacco use in any form. 3) Meditation - 20 minutes daily. You give her to read The Silva Mind Control Method of Mental Dynamics by Jose Silva. Let her practice the method. This is a good book to help. A feedback shall be highly appreciated.

Dear, wisdom teeth have no relation with high blood pressure. To control & maintain Blood pressure normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Dear , from cad I assume you are referring to coronary artery disease or ischemic heart disease. You must be on asprin or clopidogrel and cholesterol reducing agent. How was the condition diagnosed whether it was through a treadmill stress test or has an angiography performed. I feel every 10 years after a confirmed diagnosis it is advisable to go with a coronary angiography to understand the health of the vasculature. Proper diet, planned exercise as per your cardiologists advise (heavy exercise is sometimes avoided but a brisk walk helps developing collateral circulation) will help you manage the heart disease. Avoid high fatty fried food and alcohol as it normally increases the triglycerides and other bad cholesterol. Best of luck for more advice I need to know your reports well. Best of luck.

Improve your living standard, light exercise and diet your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of medium exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time slowly. Start with 30 jumps and keep increasing slowly. If you are not going in for any surgery in the near future, take homeo remedies to clear your arteries.

You are a growing up boy who needs more proteins, carbs, minerals and vitamins, take a healthy diet rich in calcium like milk, curd, eggs, soy, pulses, few nuts. You feel it is heart pain and my opinion is this is part of generalized pain, if worried about heart, get basic tests done like ecg, halter, blood sugar. Get back here with reports.

I am a 69 year old male. High Bp is my problem. I take a lot of medicines to controlit Starpess Xl 100-2, Amlong 5 -2, Angizar 50 -3 andPrassopress 5 -1. I do regular walking my Kidny function seems normal. I eat only moderately and dont smoke or drink. Can you tell me how to reduce the medicines?

Not only exercise but diet restriction & drugs are essential to reduce cholesterol diet ie no fry, fatty & fast foods. Also no egg youlk, redmeat, prawn & banana, preserved fruit juice & alcohol avoidance.

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg (if no drug allergy) one tablet before food for 3 days B. Cholesterol level should be measured at least once every five years in everyone over age 20. The screening test that is usually performed is a blood test called a lipid profile. Experts recommend that men ages 35 and older and women ages 45 and older be more frequently screened for lipid disorders. The lipoprotein profile includes: Total cholesetrol LDL (low-density lipoprotein CHOLESETROL also called "bad"CHOLESTETROL HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) TRIGLYCERIDES (fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.
