I am loosing my hair all shampoo I trys but the problem is still there please help me.
Hairfall is unusual for your age. Just to check upon a few things. 1. Do you or anyone in your family have any thyroid disorder. 2. Did you suffer from any disease like malaria, typhoid or dengue in the last 6 months. 3. Did you do dieting in the last 6 months. 4. Is anyone else in your family having hairfall. If answer to any of these basic question is yes, then its better to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation. Sometimes anemia is a common cause for hairfall in your age. So get yourself investigated and get treated by a good dermatologist.

Hi lybrate-user, everyone is beautiful, we all are, you are. This is not the right basis to make assumptions about yourself. Everything is not based in skin colour and appearance. The right people will realize your worth and stay. Why would you want to stay with people who don't respect you the way you are and see you superficially. You are handsome and no less compared to anyone. Chin up and face everyone. Do not stop looking the right girl will enter your life soon. But yes girls love confident guys. So I guess you need to be one- confident and successful. All the best.

Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally.

You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. Some of the tips for dry, damaged and rough hairs are- 1. Repair damage with an avocado- Mash a ripe avocado (pit removed) with one egg, then apply this home remedy to wet hair. Avocados are rich in vitamins, essential fatty acids, and minerals that will help restore luster to your hair, Leave on for at least 20 minutes, then rinse several times. Repeat once a week for damaged hair and once a month for healthy hair. 2. Massage in butter- Try this home remedy: treat dry, brittle hair with a small amount of butter for a glossy shine. Massage it into your dry hair, then cover your hair with a shower cap for about a half hour. Shampoo as usual, and rinse all the butter out 3. Condition with olive oil- Put the moisture back into dry hair by warming up 1/2 cup olive oil (do not boil it), and then rubbing it into your hair. Cover tresses with a plastic bag, then wrap everything in a towel. Let this home remedy do its thing for 45 minutes, then shampoo and completely rinse 4. Rinse with tea- You may think of tea as a sore throat remedy, but you can also use it to give hair a natural shine. Use a quart of warm, unsweetened tea (freshly brewed or instant) as a final rinse after your regular shampoo. Tea can enhance hair color, so make sure to use a tea that works with your hair color. Blondes should use chamomile tea; black tea may darken their tresses. Brunettes should use black tea to enhance shine and enrich color. 5. Whip up an apple cider vinegar mask- Put the life back into your limp or damaged hair with this terrific home remedy: combine 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 egg whites, then rub the mix into your hair. Keep your hair covered for about a half hour using plastic wrap or a shower cap, then shampoo and rinse 6. Treat with botanical oils- Available at health food stores, olive, jojoba, and sweet almond oils are all wonderful elixirs for damaged hair. If your hair is thick and heavy, coconut oil works well. Dampen your hair and apply small amounts of the botanical oil until your hair is thoroughly covered. Top off with shower cap and warm towel for about 30 minutes, then rinse and shampoo your hair out. 7. Try sandalwood oil- Mix a few drops of sandalwood oil with a few drops of olive or jojoba oil, rub the mixture between your palms, then smooth it through the ends of your hair for instant sleekness and a way to curb and condition brittle, flyaway hair 8. Wrap wet hair dry- Instead of rubbing your hair after you get it wet, wrap up your damaged hair in a cotton towel, and let the cotton absorb the moisture for a few minutes. This helps protect against further split ends. 9. Use a humidifier at night- Your home heating probably keeps the air very dry, especially in winter, and that can dry out your hair. Putting moisture back into the air will help your hair from becoming more dry and damaged. 10. Let your hair down- If you usually wear your hair in a ponytail, take it out for a few hours a day to give your hair a break. Also, try not to pull hair back too tightly. And never sleep with any sort of accessories in your hair. 11. Eat your omega-3s- Take one to three 250-milligram capsules of evening primrose oil, or flax seed oil one to three times a day. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids like gamma-linolenic acid, great for keeping hair (and nails) moisturized. I hope this will help you. For more queries contact us.

Respected sir or mam please tell me a good balanced diet which give me a fair and glowing skin.

Respected sir or mam please tell me a good balanced diet which give me a fair and glowing skin.
Drinking water is one of the best things you can do to keep your skin in shape. It keeps your skin moist -- and that makes fine lines and wrinkles less noticeable. It also helps your cells take in nutrients and get rid of toxins. And it helps with blood flow, keeping your skin glowing. The common advice is to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but you may not need exactly that many. Antioxidants for Healthy Cells Antioxidants are important to slowing and preventing skin damage. You can find them in all kinds of foods, especially fruits and vegetables like berries, tomatoes, apricots, beets, squash, spinach, sweet potatoes, Vitamin A for Skin Repair Nobody wants dry, flaky skin. Take an orange, carrot, You can also find it in leafy greens, eggs, and low-fat dairy foods. When you use a skin product with vitamin A, your wrinkles and brown spots may look better. Vitamin C: Power Over the Sun The sun can be tough on your skin. Vitamin C can help protect you. It also helps undo sun damage to collagen and elastin, which firm up your skin. Get vitamin C from red bell peppers, citrus fruits, papayas, kiwis, broccoli, Vitamin E: Booster of Skin Health Another antioxidant that may help save your skin from sun damage and inflammation is vitamin E. Get it from vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, olives, spinach, asparagus, olives, and leafy greens. Get Some Healthy Fats Omega-3s and omega-6s are good fats that help make your skin's natural oil barrier, keeping away dryness and blemishes. Essential fatty acids like these help leave your skin smoother and younger-looking. You can get them from olive and canola oils, flaxseeds, walnuts, and cold-water fish like salmon, sardines, and mackerel. Good Oils for Great Skin Some oils have more than essential fatty acids. Good-quality ones like extra-virgin olive oil and cold- or expeller-pressed oil are more simply processed than many other kinds. They may have more nutrients that are good for your skin. These oils may also help lube up your skin and keep it looking and feeling healthy.

I am 22 yo male. I have sparse beard and moustache (some around chin and fairly less around cheeks). I have normal hair on my head and pubic area though. I recently consulted my doc regarding this. He prescribed me Mintop 5%. Does it work? He also asked me to test for serum free testosterone and told me that will start a treatment for that. Will treating me on testosterone help? Thanks in advance.

Which shampoo Is better for rough hair please suggest me. Coz I tried all shampoo.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

Which shampoo Is better for rough hair please suggest me. Coz I tried all shampoo.
Shampoos are prepared to wash your hair and removal of oils, dirt, dandruff, environmental pollutants and other contaminant particles from your scalp. However most people blame the shampoo when they notice hair loss or thinning. Remember that hair loss is not a single day process and actual mechanism starts 3-4 months before it comes out. The hair you find in your drain were already weak and ready to come out when you began shampooing. Each individual has different constitution [basic nature] so it is really difficult to give the perfect answer of which brand of shampoo is best for your hair? No shampoo can be perfect for all so it is advisable not to change the brand of shampoo so frequently and stick to one brand which suits you. Washing your hair will not cause it to fall out prematurely. However some harsh shampoo also can remove the natural oils (sebum) which is necessary to lubricate the hair shaft. Some companies use "all-natural, 100% herbal, organic, botanical” words for marketing their products but the effectiveness of these organic ingredients is disputed. It is very difficult to prepare 100% chemical free shampoo. Genetic baldness isn't caused by hair falling out but by normal hair gradually being replaced by finer, thinner hair. Shampoo has nothing to do with your androgen hormones related baldness. In short, Shampoos are not prepared as a medical product. No shampoo can cause severe hair loss or reverse hair loss. Don't waste your money for costly brands which are marketed as organic and natural shampoo.
