Start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take black dry grapes 20 25 after meal 1 hour * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late. Need more information for perfect diagnosis & treatment.

Dear sir, Please add Jou or barley flour in your diet. Roast this flour and mix 1/4th of it in normal wheat flour. Prepare chapaties wit it and Eat it daily. Eat more of fiber containing food like green leafy vegies, more of fresh seasonal fruits, drink less water with meals instead take sips of water while eating food and don?t drink before and after. Take 1 teaspoon of Fengrueek Seed Powder ( Methi Dana Powder) with water daily will control diabetes and its complications. You can also chew 4-5 leaves of curry patta daily as it will reduce your blood pressure, protects liver and works as antioxidants along with increasing Hb which will overcome you weakness. One of the reasons that insomnia is high stress levels and time pressures associated with modern living. Many people complain of insomnia, with stress during the day making them too tense or worried to be able to fall asleep at night. Lack of sleep, in turn, creates more stress on the job and at home. However, it is important to know at the outset that not all people require the same amount of sleep. Sleeping cycles vary among people and throughout a person’s life. Restful sleep is one of the three pillars of ayurvedic healing, the other two being diet and lifestyle. Causes: There are many causes that a person is not able to sleep properly. Insomnia mainly results due to mental disturbances. Any type of body pain, uncomfortable weather or surroundings, some disease also results in to insomnia. Overwork and extreme worries may also cause lack of sleep. People who have a history of improper digestion, constipation and habits of eating irregularly are Treatment of Insomnia: Some lifestyle changes and herbal medicines can help treat the problem. You can try these time-tested remedies: •- Do some exercise everyday—but never late in the evening. •- Avoid caffeine in all forms, especially after lunch time. •- Avoid taking naps during the day. •- Drink buffalo milk. It contains rich amounts of an amino acid, L-tryptophan, which induces sleep. •- Take a nice, long, warm bath before bed-time. Charaka Samhita says that bath is the best remedial measure to counteract exertion. •- Read a book or do some repetitive, calm activity such as chanting a mantra. Japa etc. •- Avoid distractions that may hold your attention and keep you awake, such as watching a suspense movie or a thrilling game, TV serials. •- Make your bedroom comfortable. Create a quiet, dark atmosphere. Use clean, fresh sheets and pillow and keep the room temperature comfortable. •- To balance Vata, gradually introduce regularity into your lifestyle. Eating, sleeping, working, and exercising at the same hours promotes harmony. By varying routines with the seasons, you can better adjust to changes in the environment and climate. Ayurvedic Herbs for Insomnia The useful herbs for the treatment of insomnia are:- Brahmi: It is a powerful brain tonic, which supports and improves all aspects of mental functioning. It is a calming and tranquillizing herb. A cup of brahmi tea or powder or any other preparation with brahmi, taken at bedtime, will induce a peaceful sleep and its regular use will help to cure insomnia. Aswagandha: This is an overall tonic for greater vitality and longevity. It enhances coordination between the mind and senses which, according to Ayurveda, is essential for good sleep. The recommended dose is half teaspoonful of powder taken at night along with sugar+ ghee or warm milk. Panchkarma Therapy for Insomnia Recommended Panchkarma are Shirobasti, Shirodhara, Nasya. Abhyangam- Body massage. Pada Abhyangam or Foot Massage with Ksheerabala oil provides relaxation to the body and mind helps good sleep.

Hello lybrater user normal range of platelet is 150000 to 450000 so if they are 300000 it is normal. If you r having weakness it is may be due to other reasons like not eating properly, excessive stress, low water intakr so please find it out. Do not worry abt platelets.

Normal fasting sugar and 2 hours after meal should be less than 100 & 140mg respectively. If person is diabetic for good control keep fasting and 2hours between 90-110 & 100-130 respectively. The limits are individualised based on age, other associated diseases and how carefully a patient can manage his diabetes without having low sugar episodes.

As the other doctor has said it is a physiological and normal process. but you can control your anger and how your body reacts to it. try to recognise the things that get you angry and imagine one such situation in your mind and tell yourself to calm down and that you will not get angry. there are many other ways of dealing with anger . meditation and relaxation techniques are some of them.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

When quitting, you must take one day at a time. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

take tab. ecosprin 150 mg sos for headache.tab. pan 40 mg once a day. for 3 days. take protein powder 1 tsf with milk once a day. avoid stress.try to take good sleep, if not ok then checkup cbc, lipid profile, blood sugar,eye sight testing, and consult again. thanks.

1. Little bit of bending to one side upto 25 degree is considered normal. So don't worry 2. If the bending is more and it is associated with painful erection, it is due to thickening of fibrous tissue on one side as in peyronie's disease and may need surgery. 3. You may consult urologist for advice.

You might have erectile dysfunction. Try Tab. Tadfil 20mg, 1 hour prior to having sex. If that is not helping you, you might need an investigation yo rule out possible causes of dysfunction. Smoking can cause sexual dysfunction so avoid smoking

In today's world, getting quality sleep has become a luxury due to various factors like excessive work and the internet. There are certain tips, which you may follow to improve the quality of your sleep. Some of them are:

  1. Limit caffeine intake: Drinking too much coffee stimulates the body making you energized and thus hampering your ability to fall asleep. Aim to avoid coffee at least 5-6 hours before you go to sleep.
  2. Follow a sleep schedule: You should make it a habit to go to bed and wake up at the same time on a regular basis. This will allow you to fall asleep easily as the body's internal sleep cycle is reinforced, thus facilitating better sleep.
  3. Try to create a comfortable environment: Comfort is an important factor when it comes to sleep. A proper environment with comfortable clothing allows you to relax and experience better sleep. Make sure the room is dark, cool and quiet to help you fall asleep faster.
  4. Pre-sleep routine: You may follow a ritual before you go to sleep on a regular basis as this may help in preparing the body for sleep. Taking a bath or engaging in mediation for a few minutes are wonderful practices to follow before you sleep.
