I would like to know how much ML should be the quantity of sperm, coz for me it's around 3 to 5 ml. I think it's low. Is it right. Can any one say.

The average volume of semen produced at ejaculation is 2 to 5 ml. Volumes consistently less than 1.5 ml (hypospermia) or more than 5.5 ml (hyperspermia) are probably abnormal. Lower volumes may occur after very frequent ejaculation and higher volumes are seen after prolonged abstinence.

I'm a 16 year old female, my last period started May 26th and I was suppose to get it again June 23rd. I still haven't gotten it but have had pregnancy signs, I've taken 2 at home pregnancy test which have both came back as negative. Occasionally missing one or two periods is common in young women like you. More over you are anxious. If not yet convinced you can do a blood Hcg test or USG and confirm that you are not pregnant.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair.

Hi I am physically very weak I have lost my stamina I don't drink and smoke or anything Only sometimes I masturbate What kind of food and other supplies I should take that can help me gain some weight and strength. Like a food chart and routine exercise.

You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Take proteinous food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. Take small and frequent meals.

Dear, if you do not feel hunger then to increase your hunger, I suggest you these best tips- * take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily once. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. *sit in the position of bajrasana yogasana twice a day. You can ask me about the detail of these asanas. * practice gomukhasana everyday in the morning. * if you still do not feel hunger and feel some heaviness in stomach then check out your liver function test and take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking alcohol and smoking. * check out your thyroid profile and take proper treatment if results are positive. * regularly take a citrus fruit like orange or a glass of lemon juice atleast for 1 month.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Carbo Veg 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Urtica Urens 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Make a gap of 15 minutes in both the medicines. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *If overweight,loose weight. *Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Avoid foods such as white bread, cakes, candy, sugar-sweetened beverages. *Limit daily proteins from lean meat, fish.Add protein to your diet with low-fat such as low-fat yogurt or skim milk, which are associated with reduced uric acid levels. *Vitamin C may help lower uric acid levels.
