If you want to go for medication, then try applying echinacea mother tincture over the blemishes, with dipped sponge, n also take internally, the same, twice[10-15 drops in 1/4 th cup of lukewarm water], if you want to for home remedies, try to view the health tips given by me.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. Also use arnica montana q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food.

How to Manage Sensitive Skin

People tend to believe that they have sensitive skin when they use certain products that don't suit them and causes some redness, itching, blotches, rashes, etc. However, this is not true. Sensitive skin is actually used to describe a condition when skin develops rashes, skin bumps, erosions, pustules, blotches, redness and so on when exposed to harsh weather conditions such as extreme heat, wind or cold.

There are some common skin ailments for that may harm a sensitive skin; i.e. Acne, rosacea, burning and stinging as well as contact dermatitis or irritants and allergies. Skin can be sensitive on any part of the body, including legs, arms, hands, etc. but it is most noticeable on the face though. The degree of sensitivity varies from person to person. Sensitive skin easily reacts when exposed to sunlight or wind. Also, such a skin is more prone to dryness, itchiness and redness. So, in case you have a sensitive skin you need to be extra cautious with the foods you eat and the products you use.

Precautions to be taken in case of a sensitive skin:

  1. First of all, you need to find out what is causing the problem. Is it food, weather or a product and stop using/avoiding those things to protect your skin.
  2. Wash your face with a mild cleanser twice a day.
  3. Do not overload yourself with several skin care products like toners, scrubs, packs, and variety of creams.
  4. Keep a healthy, balanced diet which is rich in antioxidants such as Vitamins A, C and E. Also increase your intake of anti-inflammatory spices such as turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper.
  5. Exercise daily to ensure a good circulation to the skin.
  6. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Adding lemon gives your skin the much needed Vitamin C.
  7. Choose natural and soft fabrics such as silk and cotton for sensitive skin.
  8. Avoid exposing your skin to too hot or cold water .
  9. Avoid using skin care and cosmetic products that have alcohol, harsh exfoliants, petrochemicals, acids, or synthetic fragrances as these can irritate the skin.
  10. While trying a new product make sure to do a trial test on the skin especially on your inner arm or behind your ear.
  11. Use a good broad spectrum sunscreen which is non comedogenic, paraben and fragrance-free.
  12. Try to reduce stress in life by resorting to activities such as meditation, yoga, or walking.
  13. Get enough restful sleep to enable your body clock to function normally, which will give you clear skin.

However, if you do have any prolonged, unexplained skin reaction then you should consult dermatologist who might conduct a skin allergy test to identify the root cause of the problem. Finally, limit your alcohol intake.

I have used kz cream for itching near my private parts. The itching problem is solved by using this cream. However the skin where itching occurred has turned dark in complexion and rough & dry. How can I get the skin in that area restored back to the normal condition.

Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! A dry, flaky scalp can be the result of a number of conditions. Psoriasis, eczema, poor nutrition, dehydration and too much shampoo are just a few of factors that contribute to poor scalp health. By making some simple changes, or adding home remedy or two, you can take your scalp from parched and irritated to smooth and soft with a headful of healthy hair. Homoeopathic treatment A.C.4 ( Bakson) chew 1 tab 3 times daily ANTI DANDRUFF OIL ( Wilmar schwabe India) Apply atleast once weekly.Leave overnight Anti Dandruff Shampoo ( Wilmar Schwabe india) Diet Take lots of water daily Avoid cold drinks,junk nd fast ,fried food Take nutritious diet Exercise regularily Getting Rid of Dry Scalp Step 1 Use less shampoo. If you use too much shampoo, you increase the chances that residue will be left behind .Failure to thoroughly rinse out Shampoo of the hair causes scalp irritation and flakiness. Step 2 Exfoliate your scalp. Getting rid of dry, dead skin cells is just as good for your dry scalp as it is for your face. Excessive heat can cause the scalp to become irritated and dry. Step 4 Give yourself a scalp massage. A scalp massage causes blood to flow to the scalp, and helps clear any blocked pores that may be interfering with sebum production. Sebum is the oil produced in the sebaceous glands of the scalp. Massaging the scalp also loosens excess dead skin and dandruff, making it easier to wash away. Give yourself a scalp massage before or during your shampoo, or even when you're relaxing in front of the TV. Putting olive oil on your fingertips before the massage gives your scalp added benefits. After the massage, continue with an olive oil treatment. Step 5 Apply an olive oil treatment to the scalp. Dip your fingers into olive oil. Apply the oil to your scalp, using gentle circular motions. Cover the entire scalp, but not the length of the hair. Once the scalp is covered with oil, cover the head with plastic wrap or a shower cap. Cover the plastic wrap with a warm towel, and leave on for 45 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water, then shampoo as usual. If you condition your hair after the shampoo, do not apply conditioner to the scalp. Instead, apply conditioner starting 1 inch from the scalp and down to the ends. Things You'll Need • Sugar • Olive oil • Bowl • Plastic wrap or plastic shower cap • Towel • Anti Dandruff Shampoo ( Wilmar Schwabe india) • HAIR CONDITIONER ( BAKSON) NOTE –Please go for ANTI DANRUFF OIL TREATMENT and OLIVE OIL TREATMENT once each in a week. Apple cider vinegar is anti-inflammatory in nature and is also great for restoring the pH balance of the scalp, which is another reason for using this as an excellent treatment for dry, flaky scalp. Take apple cider vinegar and dilute it with some water. This has to be applied on the scalp and left on for half an hour. • With constant application, apple cider vinegar will remove the pH imbalance in the scalp and also the dead and accumulated cells as well. This will also aid in better hair growth and prevent hair fall due to dry scalp. Apple cider vinegar also makes your hair shiny and smooth. Apple cider vinegar can also be applied without dilution if your skin is not over sensitive.

It is good to detoxify both inside out. You can take herbal cleansing syrup and also start taking care of your skin externally. Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.  Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

I have hair fall and having curled hair since 6-7 months and what's the solution for reducing or probably stop this?

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week. After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

Here we will discuss about acne and exactly what is the food for treating it.

What is Acne?

Actually Acne is characterised by the disorder of hormone  and other substances on the skin’s oil glands (sebaceous glands) and hair follicles. Sebum is secreted by these glands which  lubricate the hair and skin.

Acne causes when oil and dead skin cells plug the pores. Acne usually occur on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders.

The exact cause of acne is not clear, but our researches show that it’s due to an increase in hormones called androgens (male sex hormones). These increase in both boys and girls during puberty and cause the sebaceous glands to enlarge secreting more sebum. Pregnancy or starting or stopping birth control pills can also cause acne.

Another factor is heredity or genetics. Some drugs like androgens and lithium can cause acne. Greasy cosmetics may disturb the cells of the follicles and make them stick together and close the pore leads to cause acne.

How can cure acne through foods?

Dark Green Leafy Vegetables:- It includes spinach, kale, broccoli, are high in manganese, which is needed for collagen formation in the skin cells, keeping your skin nourished and not dried out. Manganese also supports mineral transport and absorption which keeps your skin healthy. Dark leafy greens are also abundant in Vitamin A, which is great for clearing up acne and promoting skin repair.

Fruits:- Vitamin A is very good for skin health, repairing and maintaining skin cells and keeping skin moist and supple So lacking of vitamin A may leads dry and flaky skin, Also rich in antioxidants which protect from free-radicals. found abundantly in yellow colours fruits like mango, papaya, etc.

Nuts:- Nuts are one of the best for  complexion Containing abundant in vitamin E, another great vitamin for limiting sun damage and signs of aging. Almonds provide lots of this vitamin, which also protect from fine lines and wrinkle.

Fish:- Fish such as salmon sardines are very high in Omega-3 fatty acids, and it has been known that foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids are good for the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, increasing the thickness of skin and making it softer, smoother and more moist. Having enough Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet may also decrease your skin’s sensitivity to the sun’s UV rays, and fatty fish is a wonderful way to get plenty of these nutrients into your body.

Dark chocolates:- chocolate is the best source responsible for glowing up of acne. Chocolates are rich in antioxidants and flavonols, and are also responsible for improving skin’s texture, smoothness, and elasticity as well as also plays an important role in hydrating your skin.

Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.
