I am male I have 4 problems one is skin problem and face problem and pimple problem and I have a very good hair fall.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. You forgot to write down your all the 4 problems in details For skin: What kind of skin problem? Type of eruptions/ discolouration? Any itching/ burning/ oozing from it? Since when it is there? Any family history? Where exactly it is (location)? It would be better if you can share a clear photo of the affected area for proper treatment to be started. For oily/ Pimpled skin: There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. For Hairloss: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

General Physician,
For Preventing Oily Skin:/ or to get rid of oily skin Wash your face twice daily with glycerin soap. Carry oil-absorbing tissues to wipe away oil whenever necessary. Washing with cool water twice a day is better than using chemicals on your skin. Avoid moisturizers that exacerbate your oil problem, but use sunscreen before going outside.

Include protein in your diet. Protein strengthens hair and controls hair falling. Eat a high protein diet filled with meat, fish, eggs, avocados, nuts, and beans, or add protein supplements to your drinks.

I am 19 years old boy. After I took bath I got rashes all over my hands and legs and it's very itchy and now covered a portion of my body too. My palms are full of tiny blisters filled with transparent fluids. What should I do which medication should I take. Till now I have not taken any medication or ointment.

MD - Dermatology
Dermatologist, Pathanamthitta
rashes are due to allergy.it can b due to a local or systemic infection.u need to get ur blood and urine examined.u need to get a physical examination done.allergy is not a one time affair,it's a lifelong affair.u vil need medications regularly.this is because ur body doesn't have the ability to counter a reaction on its own but medicines help normalise this level.so consult, start medicines and keep at it and don't give up on ur medicines.

A diet rich in iron, calcium and silica can help greatly in reducing or preventing hair loss. Iron can be obtained from green leafy vegetables such as spinach and collard greens. Oatmeal and raw oats contain a considerable amount of silica. Potato skin, green and red peppers, cucumbers and bean sprouts are all rich sources of silica too.

Hello sir, My hairs are too thin and regularly hair loss. My hairs are not grown and become white in 20 yrs age. What should I do?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Homoeopathic medicine LYCOPODIUM 30 ( Dr.Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon freh water daily night R-89 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 15 drops in 20 ml fresh water twice daily HAIR AID DROPS( BAKSON) The above pack contains 2 type of drops HAIR AID INTERNAL -Drink 10 drop in 1 spoon fresh water twice daily HAIR AID EXTERNAL-Apply 40-45 drop after mixing in 1-2 spoon oil( Any oil mustard or coconut) on scalp 30 minutes before bath twice weekly Report after 3 monthss Alma powder works very well with curd and lemon juice and is extremely useful in enhancing grey hair growth and in limiting grey hair. The pack of Alma powder, curd and lemon juice should be applied on the scalp for around 45 minutes before being washed off with lukewarm water. For best results, consistent usage of the pack every alternate day for a period of 90 days is recommended. 2. Avoid Junk Food, Coffee and Alcohol Coffee, alcohol and junk food all are devitalizing and excessive usage of these items usually leads to premature aging. As a consequence, you start to look older than normal and your jet black hair start to turn grey. So, if you’re serious about preventing grey hair growth then you would have to avoid junk food, coffee and alcohol as much as possible. 3. Ease Stress As already mentioned in the causes, too much stress can cause premature grey hair. People who work consistently under pressure, stress and tension should try yoga and other relaxing techniques so as to avoid premature aging and graying of hair. 4. Exercise A healthy and fit body works naturally to keep everything in shape. Exercising regularly can keep you fit and healthy and can improve blood flow to your scalp as well. This results in better hair growth and in prevention of graying of hair as well. 5. Keep a Healthy Diet A healthy diet ensures that your body gets all the nutrients it needs to function properly. A proper diet so as to prevent grey hair should incorporate food items that are rich in minerals and vitamin A along with iron. Yogurt and cereals are rich in these nutrients while green vegetables and yellow fruits are equally great sources too. Such a diet aided with regular water intake usually ensures that you don’t get premature grey hair. 6. Take Supplements Another measure which can help with preventing grey and white hair is the use of such supplements which are rich in the 8 B complex vitamins. You can either buy a multivitamin that comes with all of the B complex family vitamins or you can get a pill that has all the B complex vitamins for this purpose. However, if you think that such supplements would be out of your range then you should go after a product that has Vitamin B5 as deficiency of Vitamin B5 is one of the major reasons for premature graying of hair.

I have too marks on my face. Plzz suggest me some medicine or any home remedy method to remove this pimple marks.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good.

A wart has developed on my eye lid please suggest what ointment to apply for its removal.

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian

Tape a piece of banana peel, inner side down, over the wart before you go to bed. A chemical in the peel can slowly dissolve the wart. Or, try the same with a piece of lemon peel. An oil in the peel seems to discourage warts.

I am a 21 year old boy, I have a oily scalp, I am loosing hairs because of dandruff, please suggest me a good shampoo and conditioner and how can I get rid of dandruff.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. It improves the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. If you are interested, please let me know- *what is your age, height, weight, profession and whether it is a touring job? *since how long you have this problem? * do you have dry skin? *do you have dandruff? * have you history of any serious illness. * do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. * is it hereditary in your family? I can prescribe medicines which will be available in homoeopathic shops.

I have chicken pox scars since 5-6 years but I dint find any medicine to remove them. Can I remove them by any medicine ? Does it have any cure? Or can I do a skin surgery?

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Delhi
5-6 years is a long time to have chicken pox scars. In order to treat them earlier and effectively, the options available are lasers or a procedure called dermaroller. However even with the procedures the scars won't disappear completely; they will only become less apparent.
