Following are food (calorie) burning items; 1) almonds and other nuts (with skins intact) build muscle, reduce cravings. 2) dairy products (fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese) build strong bones, fire up weight loss. 3) eggs. 4) turkey and other lean meats. 5) berries. 6) enova oil. 7) peanut butter. 8) fatty fish but best result will come from regular exercise. You could also have amla in morning which wl help you reduce your weight.

I am having gall bladder stones along with Crohn's disease. Should I first operate the gall bladder and then focus about the Crohn's disease in case of persistence of further symptoms or should I first treat the disease and then go for the gall bladder operation? Please suggest what to do. I am also experiencing quite a lot of weight loss. I have lost around 6 kgs in around 12 days. Please also tell me the cause of this and if I am prone to some other complications. Other symptoms include vomiting and diarrhoea. Thanking you.

Your Crohn's disease will be there with you. If you are symptomatic for Gallstones, which is difficult to say due to your underlying Chrons disease, it is advisable to undergo surgery for Gall stones. As you r loosing weight it is advisable to undergo complete GI examination including UGI scopy, Colonoscopy and CECT abdomen to rule out malignancy.

You may use contractubex gel. Massage it 2-3 times daily and then apply silastic sheet over them and keep it that way for atleast 18 hours a day. Gradually you will see an improvement. If the scars are raised above the skin surface, then intralesional injections of triamnicolone also help a lot. You may see a dermatologist/plastic surgeon personally for that. Hello, You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day . Revert me after 1 month.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
