I have little bit pain in my back bone what should I have to do for get instant relief?
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift can give you some relief. -a do private consultation with a physical therapist who can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

I feel pain in my back from last 3 days, what should I do, what could be the actual issue.
Actual issue can only be told after an X ray. It could either be a sprain or some spinal problem. Till then you can do following home remedies:1) Mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) Have turmeric & honey milk. 3) Put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) Add ginger while brewing your tea 5) If u are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) Stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

Hai doctor! Past few weeks I get weird feeling on my right hand, it's like current passing through and very little of numbness. It from my shoulder to my thumb. For knee pain, treatment depends upon diagnosis. If it's early osteoarthritis, then brace and exercises. If unicompartmental, depending upon pain, either exercises or surgery. Ukr or hto. For tricompartmental osteoarthritis, painful and minimum two tablets needed in a week then replacement is better.

Dear Madam Avoid out side food and spicy food. Stop non vegetarian. Eat a bit less than regular. Take following Sutha sekhara ras 2tabs morning and evening Avipathikara churnam 5gms at bed time with Luke warm water. Review after one month

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
