Test hb% might be low sweating is due to your asthsmatic medicines end summer. Do pranayam, walking will help you. If hb% comes low than take hematinic medicines.

Weakness can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test done so to know the exact cause. Take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.

Hello. There are few reasons of being underweight. It can be due to lack of physical activity, hereditary, eating disorders and chronic diseases Mainly an underweight person will have lower immunity levels and can easily fall prey to illness and infections and moreover the rate of recovery in underweight people is slower than in healthy individuals. Eat your meals on time and add 500 calories. The amount of calories you take in should be more than the amount of calories you burn. Never skip your breakfast.(always prefer homemade food) Sleep on time. If you sleep late, that eventually disturbs hormones in your body. Basically it is important to sleep before midnight because that sleep is known to be the healing sleep for the body but unfortunately due to our lifestyles most of the people don't get it these days. Also gets 7 to 8 hours of sleep each day. Avoid junk food at any cost. Eat calorie dense food (which includes calorie dense milk shakes). Gaining weight involves consistent eating. Increase your portion size. If for example you usually eat 3 chapatis, then start eating 4th one.

Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, pastas and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts and seeds.Try smoothies and shakes. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes made with milk and fresh juice. Snack on nuts, peanuts, cheese, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. 1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.
