Any kind of physical exercise including walking has beneficial, I would say therapeutical effect on dieabetes. Physical exercise up regulates numbers of insulin receptors on the cells which improves utilisation of glucose in our body, which results in production of energy and lowering of circulating glucose in the body. Green tea do have good effects as it contains antioxidants.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Take liq cremaffin plus 2tsf at night and revert.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, mints or mint-flavoured foods, pungent, sour things, tomato-based foods. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. Flu symptoms a) fever, headache, bodyache, malaise, joint pain b, loss of appetite fatigue, cough, cold, sore throat. Treatment- a) take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily after food b) drink plenty of water, have good nourshing diet c) take adequate rest. D) consult doctor for any complications prevention- 1. Stay indoor, 2. Avoid contact with infected patient, 3. Frequently wash hands with soap/sanitizers, 4. Avoid sharing items like utensil/dish of infected patient. 5. When coughing ors neezing, cover your mouth/nose with tissue paper and dispose of used tissue paper promptly and carefully. Put them in a bag and throw in dust bin. 6. Clean hard surfaces like door handle, electrical switches/taps/toilet flush/telephone receivers/computer key board etc frequently 7. Use face mask while going out.

Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.
