Treatment for Acne/Pimples:- Faceclin Gel / D’ACNE Plus gel for application twice daily over affected area. For Marks (spots) - DUCRAY Photoscreen Depigment Cream / Demelan cream for application once in a week at night (very little over marks only) For face wash: Rejuglow Facewash/ Episoft OC Cleanser/ Saslic DS Wash. Combination peels can be performed by a dermatologist in order to improve pimples, marks and scars. Blood test: Serum Insulin Fasting (F) & Postprandial (PP)

Jamun is a very good ayurvedic source to keep diabetes in check and so is methi dana and bitter gourd. 1. Mix ½ tsp Turmeric Powder + 1 tsp Amla Powder + ½ tbsp Methi Seeds Powder in half glass of water and take daily in the morning on empty stomach. You can also grow methi sprouts and eat them. 2. Remove the skin and seeds of 4-5 bitter gourds. Crush them to a make a paste. Press this paste on a sieve an extract the juice. Drink this juice on an empty stomach every morning. 3. Boil 1 L of water. Let it simmer for 20 min on low flame. While simmering, add 3 tsp of cinnamon powder. Strain the mixture. Drink entire amount of this water everyday. 4. Take a tablespoon of jamun powder everyday.

I am 40 years male from Mumbai. I am suffering from hyperacidity from long time, since more than 8 yrs. I get burning sensation in stomach which aggregate most of the time. Endoscopy done 3 years back, everything was normal only doctor said that opening of esophagus has become wider a little bit. My second problem is Vertigo and this is also since long time. For more than 20 yrs. Every day I get headache and my head start spinning if I sit at one location for little bit long time. I am having cervical spondylosis too. Pls suggest.

for acidity take sootshekhar ras 125 mg twice a day for 60 days for vertigo brahmi avleh 5 gm twice a day for 90 days for spondylitis take grahdasi har capsule 2 capsule twice a day for 40 days effects will apeear within 2-3 days in each problem

It will take a week at least to relieve. Being a asthmatic patient you should avoid cold, dust and all forms of allergens including allergic food to you. Otherwise you will suffer from repeated attack of such cough, cold episodes.

Pimples are due to hormonal changes, pollution, excess sweating on face, application of cosmetics, Wash ur face 4 times daily with Face washes meant for acne Stop applying any creams on face Except pimples ointment Take dr. Prescribed tablets depending on severity Avoid junk foods Avoid milk foods Getting pimples in teenage is normal for any person But not taking treatment modifies ur face with lot of problems like marks and scars To correct these problems it needs peels, dermaroller and lasers

I get sticky stools some time. What diet should i take? By eating pineapple and cabbage it gets ok. Please suggest.

Hi Amardeep. You should check your stool test in lab. Stop isabagol intake. Reduce oil/ fat intake and increase water and salad intake in your diet. For proper diet plan, you can consult me.

Weight gain is a slow process it take time. And it need well planned balanced diet along with physical activity and proper rest. Mean while few tips for you- You need well plan diet suited to your needs. Mean while here are few tips for you- Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of healthy food in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress Quit smoking or drinking if any do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

Even if you have years of unhealthy eating under your belt, making a few changes in your diet can reduce cholesterol and improve your heart health. Choose healthier fats. Saturated fats, found primarily in red meat and dairy products, raise your total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, the "bad" cholesterol. As a rule, you should get less than 7 percent of your daily calories from saturated fat. Choose leaner cuts of meat, low-fat dairy and monounsaturated fats — found in olive and canola oils — for healthier options. Eliminate trans fats. Trans fats affect cholesterol levels by increasing the "bad" cholesterol and lowering the "good" cholesterol. This bad combination increases the risk of heart attacks. Trans fats can be found in fried foods and many commercial products, such as cookies, crackers and snack cakes. But don't rely on packages that are labeled "trans fat-free." In the United States, if a food contains less than 0.5 grams of trans fat in a serving, it can be labeled "trans fat-free." Even small amounts of trans fat can add up if you eat foods that contain small amounts of trans fat. Read the ingredient list, and avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils. Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids don't affect LDL cholesterol. They have other heart benefits, such as helping to increase high-density lipoprotein (HDL, or "good") cholesterol, reducing your triglycerides, a type of fat in your blood, and reducing blood pressure. Some types of fish — such as salmon, mackerel and herring — are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Other good sources of omega-3 fatty acids include walnuts, almonds and ground flaxseeds. Increase soluble fiber. There are two types of fiber — soluble and insoluble. Both have heart-health benefits, but soluble fiber also helps lower your LDL levels. You can add soluble fiber to your diet by eating oats and oat bran, fruits, beans, lentils, and vegetables. Add whey protein. Whey protein is one of two proteins in dairy products — the other is casein. Whey protein may account for many of the health benefits attributed to dairy. Studies have shown that whey protein given as a supplement lowers both LDL and total cholesterol. You can find whey protein powders in health food stores and some grocery stores. Follow the package directions for how to use them.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.
