It is normal to have increased heart rate when you run or climb and is normal . IF any doubt you can do a cardio check up

Dear , this suggests that you may have bladder outflow obstruction please get urine test, sonography (kub) with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness on full bladder with post-void residual urine volume. After this uroflowmetry. Then we can confirm obstruction and then we can think about treatment. At the same time make sure you are not constipated, if so then either your trouble can increase or it may be responsible. Post reports here.

yes there are 2 types of diabetes but fruits like guava,mausami,jamun etc are allowed in both. Following are the tips to control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight:-helps lowering blood pressure and cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings : 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-, 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:- Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week . You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9. drink plenty of fluids throughout the day

Because rice is high on calories. Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Any muscle or group of muscles are susceptible to anxiety and stress caused tension and pain. Once the muscles are strained, they can spasm and'lock up, which can cause even greater pain and immobility, such as that commonly associated with chronic back pain. The long-term solution to anxiety and stress caused chronic back pain is reducing your anxiety and your body’s stress sufficiently so that your body stops exhibiting chronic back pain symptoms. Some short-term remedies that might also help alleviate chronic back pain: Anything that reduces your body’s stress can help, such as deep relaxation, rest, and getting good sleep. Regular light to moderate exercise can also help loosen tight muscles, such as those responsible for chronic back pain. Heat (heat causes tight muscles to loosen). Having a warm bath. Have a massage. Vibrator on the back (vibration can help loosen tight muscles and stop muscle spasms). Avoiding stimulants (stimulants stress the body). Muscle relaxants. Gentle/mild stretching. Slowing down a hectic schedule or lifestyle. Taking some time off so that your body can reduce its stress. And so on. Again, anything that can help reduce the body’s stress and relax muscles, can help alleviate chronic back pain.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

9 Causes Of Sciatica You Need To Know About

Sciatica refers to the pain one experiences due to the irritation or compression of nerve roots contributing to formation of Sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve is the longest and widest nerve in the body, running from the lower back, down to the back of each leg. The pain can occur in the lower back and spread to the hips, buttocks and leg. Sciatica generally affects one side of the body. There are numerous causes of irritation of the sciatic nerve and sciatica.

Some of them are:

1. Spinal Stenosis
The narrowing of the spinal canal caused by natural wear and tear of the vertebrae (individual bones in the spine protecting underlying nerves) of the spine is known as spinal stenosis. The narrowing may put pressure on the roots of the sciatic nerve, causing pain.

2. Herniated Disc
A disc is made up of cartilage and acts as a cushion between vertebrae, allowing flexibility of the spine. A herniated or slipped disc occurs when a disc is temporarily pushed out of place, putting pressure on the sciatic nerve.

3. Spondylolisthesis
It is a condition where one of the lower vertebrae slips forward over another. This also causes a collapse of the disc space between both, causing the nerve to get pinched. This may cause sciatica.

4. Piriformis Syndrome
Piriformis is a muscle found deep inside the buttocks, which connects the lower spine to the upper thighbone, running directly over the sciatic nerve. Spasming of this muscle can pressurize the sciatic nerve, triggering symptoms of sciatica.

5. Sacroilitis
Sacroillac joints are the place where the lower spine meets the pelvis and inflammation of one or both of these joints causes sacroilitis. This can give rise to symptoms of sciatica as it causes pain in the lower back, buttocks and legs.

6. Spinal tumors
Very rarely, tumors growing inside or along the spine may put pressure on the sciatic nerve.

7. Infection or injury
Muscle inflammation, infections, fractures or any other spinal injury may lead to irritation or compression of the sciatic nerve.

8. Pregnancy
Pregnant women may suffer from sciatica due to weight gain, expansion of the uterus or increased fluid retention or other changes occurring in the body, which put pressure on the sciatic nerve.

9. Other causes
Osteoarthritis and fractures caused by osteoporosis may also affect the sciatic nerve, producing symptoms of sciatica.
