I got a accident and my bike fall to my leg and my toe 2 years back. I am getting a minor pain when I pressing there or sometimes running. I done x ray, there have some marks and also consult to doctors,they given some medicines. My concern is there is no any bones issue and it will get clear later?

Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. Standing for long periods of time can contribute to lower back pain. This is a low dull pain sometimes felt in the base of the spine. This form of pain is amplified with periods of stress, poor posture, weak abdominals and/or excessive body weight. There are many exercises that should be performed to address the issue of back pain from standing. These exercises try to relieve both the tightness and imbalances in the lumbar spine. They also serve to reduce the added pressure that your facet joints are subjected to. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. it's one month old injury. had it been minor problem, it would have healed by now. It must be something major. Get x rays of knee in AP And Lateral view. till then apply ice. do not bear weight on that leg. take rest

Dear Lybrate User, *Diet for rheumatoid arthritis is very important in the treatment. Rheumatoid arthritis is a complex and chronic disease, involving many systems. In Ayurvedic treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, diet advice is as important as Panchakarma therapy and the Ayurvedic medicines. Since Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease (long-standing), the dietary restrictions are to be observed for a long period of time as well. *Healthy eating habit: *Avoid: Curd,Fishes,A green leafy vegetable called Indian spinach [Basella rubra ] is to be avoided. *Contaminated water, cold water, frozen food stuff *avoid High fat meet, mutton etc. *Food that are heavy to digest, deep-fried stuff, junk foods, aerated drinks. *In Rheumatoid arthritis, oil massage is not advised.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Is cervical spondylitis requires any medications or neck muscle exercise and oil massaging is enough?

1.Increase intake of oily foods that are easily digested, sweet things, purified butter, vegetable soups, milk and almonds. 2.Avoid rice, refined flour, kidney beans, and other foods that cause flatulence. 3.Avoid physical and mental exertion. 4.Get a good night’s sleep. 5.Have regular, gentle body massage with lukewarm sesame oil. 6.Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for cervical pains. 7.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 8.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 9.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily...

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Take muscle relaxants for a week and do leg stretching and back strenghthening exercises. If the back pain still does not go, you should go for further investigations ie xray and mri. Avoid heavy work like weight lifting.

I have met with accident. And I was injured. There is no any fractures but injuries are there. I am using megapen capsules an antibiotic and megaheal ointment to heal the injuries. But the injuries are not getting recovered since 10 days. I kindly request you to suggest good antibiotics and ointment.

My son age 13 years, before 3 years sudently he cannot bend left knee for sitting on ground. I visit ortho expect doctor & xray. To see the xray report doctor tell me that he has a L5 joint problem & this problem has no permanent soluation , By doctor advice i tolaly stop his outdoor game & start some excersise, phigothoropy each & every day. When my son start any type outdoor game he facing again pain on L5 joint & he cannot bend his knee. Doctor tell me this type L5 problem he will facing whole life. Now my question is is my son is phigical handricraft or not.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Try to avoid heavy, spicy, oily, fried meals - do walking exercises daily. Sometimes gas gets trapped in abdomen and resembles heart problems. If ecg - bp and other issues are normal then probablitiy of gas is more prompt.

Hi do some general exercises like walking and jogging after that some squats exercises to strengthen you r muscles. It will decrease pain.
