Try to take more fluids. Instead of soap try to use oil control face wash 2-3 /day can be used. Apply rose water for cleansing face 1/day.

Do apply fresh alovera gel 2/wk 30 min before hairwash. Use mild shampoo for hairwash do take more of protein and iron rich foods, 6-7 hours good sleep.

Sometimes after deliveries even it takes 1 year to get back menstrual cycles you can wait for month or two then consult gynecologist.
